Me and my two sisters rented this home with our families to celebrate my niece's graduation from Coastal Carolina. We had a wonderful time! Everything was so comfortable and convenient. All 12 of us were very comfortable in our very spacious rooms with their own bathrooms. The golf cart made it fun for everyone to get back and forth to the beach. The big kitchen made it possible for everyone to enjoy a meal together. I can't say enough good things about this home. I highly recommend it!!

We recently stayed in this beautiful home. There was 7 of us altogether (various ages) and it worked out perfectly. My husband, myself and my daughter stayed in the lower level of the home. It was perfect for privacy and quiet time. The others stayed on the main floor. There was more than enough space and it truly felt like home away from home. There is a back yard if you want to just sit and look at the fountain - which my husband and I did each morning. My husband and my brother-in-law went fishing 5 minutes away and they had a blast - caught a few small sharks. The early mornings are perfect for a quiet walk along the beach - even saw some dolphins! The golf cart was a riot - everyone enjoyed the rides to and from the beach - that's how they roll in South Carolina! Interestingly enough, my mom who is 69 years old, and who is hard to please, came with us and she has not stopped talking about how lovely this trip was. I would recommend this home to anyone - go ahead - your family will thank you for it!!

Owner response:Glad to be part of a great week of memories. I agree about the golf carts and ironically we showed up and while tinkering with the golf cart we shorted out the computer and then the charger.......an expensive endeavor but we're all good now.

This is a beautiful rental. Spacious, well decorated, clean, and animal friendly. The house has great proximity to the beach, and is located in a well maintained, gated community. We will definately be visiting again. Thanks Don and Joan!

Wow - We loved the house and the community. Good location for getting around. The picture don't do the size of the place justice. We found it roomier than we expected from the pix. The golf cart made trips to the beach and the pool fun and an ease to haul all of our "stuff". The owners were very nice to deal with as well.

OMG!! The only reason you don't have more reviews is because anyone that has stayed in your home wants to keep it a secret! The location was awesome! The condition of the home was amazing! The pictures on the site are accurate to the tee (even better!) The ONLY thing we missed about our home was a Lazy Boy recliner! (That's drastic when you can't come up with anything negative except for wanting a recliner to kick back in). We were close enough to the "nightlife of Myrtle Beach" but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood! This was definitely the way to go for our family and friends! I can't THANK YOU enough for everything you offered! We WILL be back (in fact I need the same week next year k?!!!!) and our friends may be contacting you to rent for a few months over the winter! Thanks again from the James' and Presseys' of West Michigan!

We had a great time at this home. Every room looked exactly like the photos. Very spacious, well Kept and very clean. The owners were very helpful with any questions that we had. I would definetly recomend this home to friends and family.There are many great restuarants, miniature golf,golf, shows to see.

Wonderful Vacation Home

My family and I just returned from spending a week in this fantastic home the week of Memorial Day 2010. We had 6 adults, a 9 month old, and 2 small dogs, and there was still lots of room to spare. The house was immaculate, and had everything that we needed for our infant. The Rosiers were wonderful to rent from, and we really appreciate their hospitality. They even sent us a a baby carrier that we left in their garage with no complaints. We'll definitely be back!

Hi Don and Joan - We loved staying in your house; we had a great week, relaxing, walking on the beach, going to Pawley's Island, Murrell's Inlet, and Brookgreen Gardens. I have been going to the area for spring break since my son, who is now 37, was in kindergarten; it's a ritual for me I guess. But I have to say this year's accommodations were the BEST!! I loved the pastel colors of the houses on the street. I hope everything was in order to your liking; we cleaned and vaccumed, and did all the laundry, wiped the refrigerator, and put everything back in its place. After having such a great time earlier in the summer at Don and Joni's home (downstairs), we decided to come back with extended family to the upstairs part of their home. As before, their lovely home is well appointed with all the amenities of home and the convenience of their new golf cart. We had a great time. We love the fun Surfside/Myrtle Beach area as well as the pools and convenient beach access that OceanSide Village provides. There is no better place to vacation :) We plan on coming back again to Don and Joni, and are already recommending their home to our friends and family. They are wonderful and considerate homeowners to rent from. Thanks, Don and Joni!

We had a wonderful and simply perfect vacation this past week in this community of Bermuda Bay in Ocean Side Village, Surfside. Don and Joni were wonderful to open their beautiful home to us. The reason we come back to OSV and Bermuda Bay in particular is the lovely new homes and all of the amenities. The community has indoor and outdoor pools as well as private beach access (no stress trying to find a parking space). The whole community is set up for golf carts and having a new one supplied with this home rental was great! It was nice to not have to get into a car to take trips to the beach or pools. Surfside is a great location with several piers nearby and close enough to the fun at Myrtle Beach without all the crowds. The house itself is beautifully appointed and Don and Joni were so thoughtful in providing those little amenities you don't think of until you arrive and realize you need. The home linens were high quality too. Again, the Golf Cart was Awesome! And might I say how nice they were giving us tips and being flexible with our stay. It was nice to rent from a private owner who cares and not a large rental company. We look forward to renting from them again!

Thanks to Don and Joni, we all had a wonderful and memorable vacation time in Myrtle Beach. This house is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood and yet close to all the actions and activities in Myrtle Beach. The layout is very comfortable and spacious for the 13 of us. We were there in March and the weather was perfect for activities such as golf and tennis. The wives enjoyed shopping in the Tanger Outlet while the men found good bargains in the Martin PGA Super Store. We would definitely recommend this house to our friends and would love to come back for another visit! The Moy family and friends, Toronto, Ontario

This is a very nice property, we found it be clean and well decorated. Kitchen is great cooking facility. Lots of room. It felt like home. Very nice homeowners to work with, would definitely rent again.

We had a great time last September. There were 6 adults, one child, and one infant in the upper unit and we never felt crowded. It is beautiful, well maintained and comfortable! Don and Joan were there when we arrived. They were very friendly and accomodating. The area is perfect for a family vacation- close to the beach yet more private and roomy than a hotel, access to two pools, and a playground. We plan to come back this summer!

Our stay at the beach house was absolutely perfect. The decorations were superb and the home is well stocked with every convenience you could possibly imagine. The location to the nearby resturants, shopping and the beach made our stay memorable. We hope to repeat our stay again. Marlene Neely

7/2/05- This home is a wonderful place to stay for vacation. It was well equiped and furnished with excellent taste. It is located well within the community as well as being close to an excellent golf course, places to shop and eat. I loved it so much I wanted to stay another week, and for me that speaks volumes. I am usually the first one to want to go home. I would recommend this home to all of my friends and will look forward to my next stay.

We loved our vacation in this beautiful home. The house was decorated very nicely but at the same time was still very comfortable. Every amenity we needed was there and then some. The beds, linens, furniture, etc. were not typical beach rental. They were of excellent quality and were very comfortable. Staying in the top spacious 3 bedroom portion of the house with 2 families (an older couple and young family) was not in the least bit cramped. There were places to be together and get away from each other easily. When another family arrived in the lower 2 bedroom portion we did not hear them at all. The beach and pools were within easy walking distance but we choose to drive. The home's south central beach location made it easy to get to lots of attractions. At the same time the immediate area is extremely quiet. The porch glider was an excellent place to just sit and read. The house lends itself to just relaxing. We can't really think of anything that we would change about our time in this home! We plan on staying there on our next trip to Myrtle Beach.

Bermuda Bay at Oceanside Village is a wonderful vacation destination for the whole family. This beach home is spacious and is beautifully decorated. The downstairs unit that we rented was well equipped inside and bicycles and beach floats were available. Highly recommended.

As happy owners who enjoy vacationing, we wanted to open our place to you and share a bit about our background. We reside in LaPlata, MD and have two sons who are relatively recent graduates and happy to be part of the ranks of the employed. My wife is in sales with custom window treatments and I'm a mortgage consultant. We grew up in NW Penna and hail from Union City and Titusville respectively. Given the winters we faced, you can appreciate why we enjoy traveling. If you too are accustomed to the Time Share way of travel where linens, towels, and paper products are included, you'll truly appreciate this property. Thanks for checking out our site. The area is awesome and unlike some resort areas the temperatures allow you to enjoy the Ocean, Beach, and Golf making this a year round resort community. It sold us for sure.

Lower level has two bedrooms, upper three, or entire house rental of 5 bedrooms. It is possible that one unit is rented while the other is available. If the week is blocked out, this means the entire house is rented.
