This extraordinary, family owned Heron Marsh Villa has been professionally decorated in beach decor and is in like-new condition! The freshly painted unit has new furniture, new windows and window coverings, new flat screen TV's and new electronics. Clean and neat. Our Villa is a 2 minute walk to the beach, with the community beach access directly in front of the Villa. There are oceanviews from the master bedroom which has a king bed, private bathroom with new walk-in shower and walk-in closet.
The main floor bedroom has twin beds and an adjoining bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa is also available in the family/living room. A spacious deck with new patio furniture is accessible from the family/living room. Our guests have access to all of the Litchfield By the Sea Resort amenities including the indoor and outdoor pools, all-new water park with lazy river and kid's play areas, health club, beach club and fitness center. Our Villa includes Internet wireless access.
Daily Housekeeping is provided & linens are included. Check in at 4pm, checkout 11am. Starbucks Coffee and Websters Restaurant located on property.
