Downstairs Bedroom - Litchfield Beach Rental This Heron Marsh Villa has been totally updated, professionally decorated in beach decor and is in like-new condition! New electronics, new air conditioner, new water heater. Clean and neat. Our Villa is closest to the beach, with the community access directly in front of the Villa...a one minute walk! There are oceanviews from the master bedroom which has a king bed, private bath & walk-in closet. The downstairs bedroom has twin beds and an adjoining bath. A queen sleeper sofa is also available in the family/living room. A spacious deck is accessible from the family/living room. Since we use the Resort Hotel to manage the property, our guests have access to all of the Resort amenities including the indoor and outdoor pools, all-new water park with lazy river and kid's play areas, health club, fitness center and business center. Daily Housekeeping is provided & linens are also included. Check in at 4pm, checkout 11am. Starbucks Coffee and Websters Restaurant located on property. Please call for availability!
