Welcome to Seabreeze, a stunning home located in Martinique on the Gulf, on the Fort Morgan Peninsula 11 miles from Gulf Shores, Alabama. This luxurious gulf front community offers every amenity you need to relax and enjoy the beautiful Seabreeze.
Adjacent to the Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with 3 miles of undeveloped beach front, Martinque offers you privacy and luxury. If you desire sparkling white sands, a clear blue sea and natural beaches with breathtaking sanddunes and seaoats Seabreeze is a fantastic choice.
While staying at Seabreeze, fun awaits. Beautiful resort pools, a private beach, a fabulous fitness center, and a tennis court are all available for you to enjoy free of charge. Martinique on the Gulf has it all with restaurants,shopping, and numerous golf courses within a short drive.
While relaxing at Seabreeze, you will enjoy a luxurious, three-story, four-bedroom, three full bath, beach house which offers over 2500 square feet of living space, two porches, a crow's nest, a golf cart, and a convenient one-car garage. Seabreeze is also located close to the indoor/outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool.
Downstairs you will find a spacious living room, dining room, and fully-appointed kitchen with breakfast counter, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and a separate laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. And just off the living and dining room is a large, screened, back porch. Off the kitchen you will find a small porch with a grill available for your use.
In addition to the main living areas downstairs there are two bedrooms each with a television and a DVD player. The master suite includes a master bath with large garden tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity, and separate commode room. The comfortable downstairs guest bedroom is off the foyer and adjacent to a separate full bathroom.
Upstairs you will discover two guest bedrooms, a full bath, and quaint living area. One of the guest rooms upstairs includes two sets of bunk beds to accommodate the childrenin the group. A few more steps lead to the furnished crow's nest with views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Other features include 24-foot ceilings in the living and dining rooms, ten-foot ceilings in all other downstairs living areas, ceiling fans, central heating.

My family and I just returned from vacation at Seabreeze. This was the first time in many years that my entire family has been able to vacation together. It was the perfect house for the eleven of us. It was spacious, well appointed and each person had their own bed. The children loved the beach and the adults enjoyed the peacefulness that Martinique and Seabreeze had to offer. Seabreeze was clean, it is more spacious than the pictures appear and it has everything you need (we shouldn't have brought the extra large tea pitcher from home, there was one there).
Recommended for:Families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

My family and I enjoyed our vacation while staying at Seabreeze at Martinique on the Gulf. The home was spacious and clean. The resort provided us with many opportunities to have a great time as a family. The pool and the beach were beautiful and we also enjoyed playing tennis. We will definitely return!

We have stayed at Seabreeze with extended family in Martinique several summers now. It is a beautiful and spacious home nestled in the middle of Martinique on Fort Morgan road. Each year we are amazed at how much fun all the cousins have reconnecting as they place in the pools, on the tennis courts and at the beach. The sand is sugar white, the property is magnificently landscaped, and the amenities make it feel like a 5 star resort, combined with the comfort of our own home. We look forward to spending quality time with our whole family at Seabreeze for many years to come!
