Close to the SGC Firenze-Pisa-Livorno, the Pontedera railway station and airport of Pisa Galileo Internazione. A few kilometers from the city of incomparable art Pisa, Firenze, Lucca, Siena, Volterra and San Gimignano. The sea is only 30 km away Tirrenia, Viareggio, Vada, Castiglioncello.The house is in a quiet residential area and green. Near the center of the country.
The apartment is newly built, everything is on the ground floor, bright, comfortable,
completely independent, with private garden for outdoor living. The furniture is curate and functional. The living room is spacious and has a fireplace and a comfortable sofa-bed, the kitchen is fully equipped, and this opens into the garden. Here is a stone barbeque grill, umbrella, table and chairs for relaxing. The master bedroom is sunny and the large window opens onto the garden. The room, very pretty, has two single beds (or 1 large bed) The bathroom is comfortable, with shower box. Garage with laundry and washing machine.

To celebrate your arrival we offer typical Tuscan sweets and a bottle of wine. For your four-legged friend there are 2 bowls and a can of food.
Payment of the balance of the rent will be made on your arrival in Forcoli.
