Walking distance to all of Margate's finest restaurants, bars, and water activities. Just a short drive to Atlantic City and Ocean City. Recently renovated, our lovely home has ceramic tile flooring, multiple ceiling fans / air conditioners, plenty of storage, wireless internet connection and a grill for you to barbecue. Each of the two bedrooms has a full-size bed and the living room hosts a futon which converts to another full-size bed for additional sleeping. The cottage comes completely furnished. Brand new landscaping, deck, walkways and outdoor furniture. We prefer families. A security deposit will reserve your season/month/week. A rental deposit, full payment, signed lease and signed property rules are necessary to complete the process. Personal meeting and phone screening is required.
