Only 4 minute drive to Seaside! Wide unobstructed views of ocean
Enjoy crystal-clear waters and sugar-sand beaches that actually squeak when you walk on them (honestly!) and incredible sunsets that will take your breath away from every one of the multiple porches of your amazing vacation home!
This spectacular home is secluded, yet right in the middle of all you could want, this five bedroom, four and a half bath home is perfect for families and those looking to relax and enjoy. Wide open views of the finest beaches in the United States are seen from our three front porches. Listen to the waves and relax looking out over the Gulf of Mexico.
This home is in Seagrove Beach, Florida (on the Panhandle). It is located south of scenic Highway 30-A, on a secluded stretch of the Emerald Coast, but only minutes from golf, shopping, restaurants, and fun for all!! Seagrove Beach is approximately halfway between Destin and Panama City Beach, and only minutes from Seaside, Grayton and Rosemary Beach.
For those unfamiliar with this part of the Florida Panhandle, the beaches of 30-A are known as the Emerald Coast because of the unique clear-to-turquoise waters and sugar-white sand of its beaches. It is also known for its natural beauty, the lack of high-rise condos and a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere.
This home is located in a neighborhood with an amazingly relaxed and laidback atmosphere. Rent bikes, go for a swim, or raft in the waves. Or just wander along the beach and enjoy the view - it is up to you. You can always just stay home and enjoy your own secluded private heated pool. Just bring plenty of sunscreen!
The ground floor features a spacious living area with large sectional sofa, a separate dining room and fully equipped kitchen with upscale appliances and breakfast bar plus a Master Suite with king. The second floor includes a second Master Suite with king and adjoining bath with Jacuzzi, a double-twin bed guest room, and the kid's bunk room also share their own bathroom.
A third Master Suite with king is found on the third floor and includes a private adjoining bath, a wet bar with refrigerator, cafe table and chairs, and a private balcony with breathtaking gulf views. TV/DVD/VCRs throughout! There is even a blender for those tropical drinks that just seem to be mandatory whenever you are at the beach!
This home sleeps eleven (11) very comfortably (nobody sleeps on a pullout couch. EVERYONE gets a real bed!! ) This is a NON-SMOKING vacation home.
Equipped with all linens, and supply of necessities (paper products, etc.), all you need to bring is family, friends, food, drink, and a desire to enjoy the vacation of a lifetime. You are within a 1 day drive of most major southern cities. We typically rent Saturday to Saturday. We offer discounts for multi-week stays. Please book early to ensure availability.
ACTIVITIES:
Snorkel in crystal-clear water across the street from your vacation home!! Minutes from golf, tennis, shopping, dining, and fun!! Fish just minutes from your door!! Pompano, Redfish, Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish, Bonito, and more can be caught right in the surf! Bring your rod!! We can even tell you what lures to use!
Located south of 30-A! Bike paths - ride to Seaside, Rosemary Beach, or Grayton Beach! Rental bikes delivered to your door.
Travel 15 minutes to Destin, Fort Walton, or Panama City Beach for deep-sea fishing, outlet mall shopping, and more. Many more activities outlined in our activities guide in the unit - or e-mail us with questions - we are glad to help plan your vacation of a lifetime!

We rented your house the week of Easter---we took all of our children (4 adults and 1 grandchild). We had a great time. The house has everything you need. We all enjoyed the pool and only had a short walk to the beach. Thanks for letting us enjoy your wonderful home.
Owner response:Thanks for your kind comments. We hope you stay with us again soon!

We had a wonderful time at your house. The kids loved the pool, even in 50 degree weather! We love the location - biked to Seaside and Watercolor, enjoyed Angelina's, Great Southern, and the Taco Bar. Great to watch the New Year's Eve fireworks at Seaside off the top floor balcony. Thanks for a great, memory filled week!

We had a wonderful time doing nothing - which is exactly what we wanted to do on our vacation. The pool was marvelous and we spent a great deal of time in it. We were so delighted to find that this house is one of the few that has an unobstructed view of the ocean. We are a party of 5 ladies and there was no housekeeping we had to do. The house was immaculate and well stocked. We would definitely come back again!

This has been a great family experience. From booking; description of the accommodations, location, furnishings, views of the Gulf, cleanliness, and hospitality, this was more than our family of eight expected. Every member wants to book it for 2011. We also like the quietness of being off the highway noise. the Pool and bicycle trails are also a plus. Many thanks!

We had a WONDERFUL vacation. The house was perfect! We enjoyed the pool and the beach daily. The kitchen was well equipped, as was the rest of the house. We had ten people staying in the house, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The decor throughout the house is very warm and inviting. We couldn't have been happier. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a great family vacation. We were within minutes from both Destin and Panama City, but the house, pool, and beach were so nice, we didn't bother leaving much. As a matter of fact, we didn't want to leave!

This is a beautiful place to spend a vacation. The views (and sounds) of the ocean from two separate balconies are fantastic yet completely private. The beach is fantastic yet almost private and not crowded! The house is well equipped. Plenty of dishes and silverware for everyone even if the dishes from the last meal are still dirty! They even have TWO BBQ grills, one gas and one charcoal. We had two families with four adults and seven kids. We had plenty of room and never felt crowded. We spent more than half of our vacation enjoying the pool. There are plenty of deck chairs and and loungers for the sunbathers. The pool was well heated. Even on cool days the pool was 88 degrees. The owners are great. From the first inquiry up to the final follow-up after checking out, all communication was clear and prompt. They even provide helpful information about the area. This was our first time visiting SeaGrove/Seaside area but it wont be our last.

House was everything advertised and more. Very clean and well maintained, almost like new interior/exterior. Great access to the beach and view of the ocean. Close enough to Seaside for the kids yet far enough away for the adults to enjoy some peace and quiet. Fantastic communication with owner who treated us like family. Very professional Housekeeper was at our beckon call. A really great experience for our family and we will definitely look to rent here again. Highly recommended. On a side note, here are our "best of" choices: Big Fish for bike rentals (definitely the best prices with free delivery and really friendly people) Watercolor (better price) or Rosemary Beach (nice area) for tennis The two little sidewalk cafes next to each other on 30-A in Seagove for breakfast (both are great) Village Market Cafe for lunch (great t-shirts, too) Angelina's (pizza/pasta) in Seagrove and The Great Southern Cafe in Seaside for dinner The Red Bar in Grayton Beach and Bud and Alleys in Seaside for night life/music Frost Bites in Seaside for frozen dessert Publix for groceries (excellent prices for area) Sundog for books and music in Seaside
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
