  We just finished a week stay and the home was awesome! The condition, the layout and most importantly the location were excellent. The proximity to Seaside is great for the fun and nightlife and yet just far enough away for quiet nights to sleep. We had 10 people (4 adults and 6 kids) and the house was plenty comfortable for all of us. The 3rd floor master retreat, where we stayed, had wonderful ocean views and the night air with the doors open was refreshing. I'd highly recommend this home to anyone. We plan to rent this home again!!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  My family and another family (8 total) rented this home for Spring Break and it was terrific! We loved the proximity to the beach and the heated pool was terrific for early morning & late afternoon swims. The house itself was beautifully maintained and quite comfortable for us all. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again. Kim was wonderful to work with!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We stayed here during spring break to celebrate my parents 50th Anniversary. There were 11 of us, 3 families with kids from 18 to 6. Everyone loved it. The little ones didn't want to leave the pool and the older ones we were close enough they could walk to the beach themselves. The location is close to everything but not crowded. The house is well cared for and had everything you needed. The owners are fabulous and went the extra mile to make sure the house has everything in tip top shape! I asked if there was an iron in the house because we were having pictures made during the week and the owners brought by a new iron and ironing board. Ended up the house already had both but that is the kind of service we received while there. (and no we don't even know them) The home is comfortable and clean. I shopped around alot before booking this house trying to find the right fit for our family and it was perfect in all ways. I highly recommend it!! We loved the area too, Our first visit but not our last! Thanks Kim for a great stay!

  We had a wonderful time at your house. The kids loved the pool, even in 50 degree weather! We love the location - biked to Seaside and Watercolor, enjoyed Angelina's, Great Southern, and the Taco Bar. Great to watch the New Year's Eve fireworks at Seaside off the top floor balcony. Thanks for a great, memory filled week!

  We had a wonderful time doing nothing - which is exactly what we wanted to do on our vacation. The pool was marvelous and we spent a great deal of time in it. We were so delighted to find that this house is one of the few that has an unobstructed view of the ocean. We are a party of 5 ladies and there was no housekeeping we had to do. The house was immaculate and well stocked. We would definitely come back again!

  This has been a great family experience. From booking; description of the accommodations, location, furnishings, views of the Gulf, cleanliness, and hospitality, this was more than our family of eight expected. Every member wants to book it for 2011. We also like the quietness of being off the highway noise. the Pool and bicycle trails are also a plus. Many thanks!
