  I must say that this 6 bedroom / 5bath home was the perfect place for my family as well as the other two families that join us on our vacation. This home was clean(just like the pictures shown) upon arrival, spacious, huge patio to hang out on & the game room was the idea place for all the children we had with us. I must say that the nieghbor hood is clean & quiet(relaxed) day or nigt, trash comes everyday of the week except sunday. All questions and concerns that I had before taking my vacation, Sean was very helpful by answering them all. From a scale 1-10, I would rate this as an 10 meaning I would recommend not only my relatives and friends, but who ever is looking forward to taking a nice vacation with family & friends. I would recommend that the renters go to all nearby activities, attractions and restaurants. Thanks Sean, I am so looking forward to the upcoming year 2012...

  My family and I had a wonderful time in your rental vacation home in Orlando. The appearance of the house was exactly how it looked on the your website and the house and all the rooms were very clean and the house was very clean and tidy. The location was perfect and it was centrally located to Disney and the shopping outlets. The property management was extremely helpful and always responded immediately. I would absolutely recommend this property to a friend because it was a delightful place to stay as well as a gorgeous property.

  This is a very large home in a great community. The private pool was warm and we enjoyed the swimming. There was an even larger swimming pool at the club house and this was ideal for our numerous group. Some of our family members went to the theme parks while others stayed within the Village. There was plenty for everyone to do and in the evenings we went to the many nearby restaurants. We enjoyed everything about our stay and hope to come back again soon. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation.”

  Even before reading the reviews, while we were vacationing in Orlando in This Luxury Disney Home Rental, we had written down all issues we had during our 2 week stay to send to the Owner upon r arrival.(which we did) It didn't start very well, at first sight what a beautiful home. To start the outdoor pipes in front lawn were leaking a lot, we had NO HOT WATER, pillow cases in r room were dirty. On Dec 31/12 Cable company wanted to cut Cable off as owner hadn't responded to their notice to call for a repair, which they had left a month prior our arrival. We had to call maintenance on Jan 2nd still NO HOT WATER so my husband took the opportunity to tour the house with the maintenance man to show certain concerns we had. We told the owner (in our e-mail upon r return)there was a leak from the Pool in the yard that had obviously been for awhile as the ground was soaking wet, (he replied that a sprinkler was broken, it has been repaired since) . The bathroom fans were cluttered with dust, there was mold build up in every shower on caulking, window coverings were very dirty, a bad odor from carpets, dirty and stains (Owner has since got steamed). There's a folder with house information and important numbers for guests, it says that it's a Brand NEW HOME, not quit. He's sorry to hear about our stay as he as said in other reviews. A bit of a refund would compensate for the issues we had to deal with, if this were my rental business I would want my renters to be Happy Guests.   Owner response: The guests called in with a hot water problem and a repair man came the same day. He returned next day with the part needed to correct the problem (allowing the water to go from warm to hot). There was never any threat of cable being cut off. The cable company had to make some repairs to a number of homes in the community. They did not provide me (the owner) with any notice but knocked on the door and the guests let them in for a few minutes to do whatever they needed to do. I understand they had to go to a number of homes. I am unclear as to why this was so inconvenient and is part of a public compliant designed to deter people from making future reservations. There is no leak from the pool, this is just untrue. The pool is cleaned and maintained every week by the Home Owners Association. There was a sprinkler head on the front lawn that was dripping and over time had caused some water to make an area of grass wet. The sprinklers are used in the hot summer months to keep the grass green. The sprinkler head was fixed after it was reported by the guests. There are multiple pillow cases. If a pillow case was dirty (and I do not believe that it was) it could have been changed. In fact there are duplicate sets of new sheets and bedding for every bedroom. The carpets were steam cleaned after the guests left. They were not dirty before the guests arrived. They are just not being honest. There was some minor dust on the bathroom vent fans that was cleaned after the guests left. There is no mold in the house at all. This review is being posted because I refused to provide a refund. The home is cleaned and maintained to a very high standard and as part of our maintenance program was painted both inside and out at the end of February 2013. If a guest a has a problem we will respond quickly and courteously. The guest had the intention from the outset to get a full or partial refund and threatened to post a poor review if I did not provide one.

  I have refrained from writing this review in hopes that the owner would take care of business. However, the time has come. I went to the house early and the Pool was very green and management company didn't seem to care if it was ready upon our arrival. The game room had not been cleaned for several stays as there was piles of unknown debris in the corner. Trash littered the floor along with broken furniture. The pool deck contained rotten furniture and had not been swept as it was strewn with food from the previous guests and dirt caked the deck surface. We found hair on the sheets and my wife immediately began washing all the linens. The linens did not smell or appear to have been clean. One bed was broken and my inlaws found a pair of women's undergarments. We were traveling with very young children, one being 5 mnths, and were not about to let them spend anytime in that horrifically unsanitary game room. Needless to say, we left bc the mgmt company had already told us that they wouldn't bring us a crib for the baby. We notified the mgnt company of our departure and they said they would notify the owner, however that never happened and they wouldn't answer my calls. I finally resorted to notifying the owner who notified the mgnt company who called me from an unlisted number therefore I couldn't call them back. The mgnt company never told the owner that we left, now the owner blames us for not contacting him before vacating the property. His literature plainly read to notify the mgnt company with any issues. He says that it was our choice to leave and he even passed up another customer for that week bc he thought we were in his house. I told him that I wasn't interested in being the liaison between him and his property mgnt company. Therefore, bc of their failure to communicate and his unwillingness to hold this company accountable, we are stuck with the bill for 2 houses. I would be more than happy to send pics and video from this aweful experience. 61708, I sure hope the $ was worth this stellar review.

  Owner response: This report is largely biased and very unfair; the guest notified our management company of a problem with the swimming pool and this was addressed by adding chemicals. These guests were rightly disappointed in the pool upon their arrival but did not wait 24 hours for the pool chemicals to take effect. Pools can change color overnight when there has been a lot of rain. If there had been an issue reported with the cleaning I would have arranged for a cleaner to be sent over immediately to correct the problem. Instead the guest sent me an email on what would have been the final day of their vacation to say they wanted they wanted their money back. I was shocked to hear they had checkout out early and they were equally surprised when I told them that the pool was fine - they said if they had known that the pool was OK they would have returned to the home. I have made a number of offers to the guest to compensate them for their initial inconvenience but they decided not to accept them. This review should be withdrawn. Please read the other reviews.

  The house was very nice and very conveniently located. Not to far from Disney about 20 minutes. The rooms were nice and big. Enough room for sleeping 13 comfortably. Kitchen had enough room for two cooks. Pool was warm and inviting.

  We recently stayed for 7 days and there was plenty of room for our group of 13. About 20 minute drive to Disney, with easy routes to get there. Pool wasn't as warm as I would have hoped for since we paid for heat, but only spent one evening in it because we were too busy!! Sean was easy to work with and very accomodating for us on our dates and schedules. The management company was very nice as well - they had everything there that was needed when I talked to them in advance. We had a wonderful trip and it was much nicer to come back to a house where our whole group could gather than to be spread out in hotel rooms. I will definitely rent a house again, and will definitely keep this house in mind if we return to the Orlando area. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

We keep the thermostat set in the mid 80’s but sometimes in the middle of February it gets cold at night (even in Florida) and this can affect the pool tempreture.   My family and I stayed at this vacation home May 1st through 8th and had a fantastic time. The house was in a great location near Disney World in the heart of central Florida and was surrounded by beautiful woodlands and lakes. The house is 20-25 minutes drive from Disneyland. Despite some of the earlier comments about this property being dirty my family and I felt that the property was well furnished and clean. I would recommend this house to any family wanting a peaceful, spacious and conveniently located home for their Florida vacation!

  My family stayed in this house for a week this past July & it was a good experience. We hadn't visited this part of Florida before & wanted a good base from which to explore: this house is that base. It is well-designed, spacious & well-appointed. We loved both the house & clubhouse pools and the people at the management company were more than helpful with the questions we had. I would certainly stay there again.

  This is an awesome get away for large, extended or multiple families. Great pool table for the kids, plenty of bathrooms, clean, nice neighborhood with 15 minutes of most everything. Largest pool in the division, always clean and clear. Enjoyed our stay very much. Would stay here again.
