WHAT A WONDER FAMILY VACATION

I must say that this 6 bedroom / 5bath home was the perfect place for my family as well as the other two families that join us on our vacation. This home was clean(just like the pictures shown) upon arrival, spacious, huge patio to hang out on & the game room was the idea place for all the children we had with us. I must say that the nieghbor hood is clean & quiet(relaxed) day or nigt, trash comes everyday of the week except sunday. All questions and concerns that I had before taking my vacation, Sean was very helpful by answering them all. From a scale 1-10, I would rate this as an 10 meaning I would recommend not only my relatives and friends, but who ever is looking forward to taking a nice vacation with family & friends. I would recommend that the renters go to all nearby activities, attractions and restaurants. Thanks Sean, I am so looking forward to the upcoming year 2012...

We recently stayed for 7 days and there was plenty of room for our group of 13. About 20 minute drive to Disney, with easy routes to get there. Pool wasn't as warm as I would have hoped for since we paid for heat, but only spent one evening in it because we were too busy!! Sean was easy to work with and very accomodating for us on our dates and schedules. The management company was very nice as well - they had everything there that was needed when I talked to them in advance. We had a wonderful trip and it was much nicer to come back to a house where our whole group could gather than to be spread out in hotel rooms. I will definitely rent a house again, and will definitely keep this house in mind if we return to the Orlando area. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

We keep the thermostat set in the mid 80’s but sometimes in the middle of February it gets cold at night (even in Florida) and this can affect the pool tempreture. I recently spent 6 days in this home and everything was supurb. My party of 12 enjoyed the house and all its ementities. The house was very clean, spacious and well kept. There is plenty of room in the kitchen for multiple cooks. The property management was available if we encountered any problems or had questions. The location is close to Disney attractions with a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Thank you Sean for sharing your lovely home.

Relaxing Florida Break

My family stayed in this house for a week this past July & it was a good experience. We hadn't visited this part of Florida before & wanted a good base from which to explore: this house is that base. It is well-designed, spacious & well-appointed. We loved both the house & clubhouse pools and the people at the management company were more than helpful with the questions we had. I would certainly stay there again.

Our experience was not a good one. 1st it was dirty, we were disturbed most of the vacation because of construction to road behind house plus the yard maintenance mowing and triming yard (early hours 7/8am), kitchen did not have enough pots/cooking utensils etc., we could not use the play room as it was too hot (no air conditioning in garage) plus alot of the play equipment didn't work or was not all there. The home is definitely not for the handicap or elderly. only one bedroom downstairs and the pool has no rails. There were many more things that happened, but the owner has told me he is looking into everything. If you don't mind getting up early and staying in a dirty home it's the perfect home for you!

This is an awesome get away for large, extended or multiple families. Great pool table for the kids, plenty of bathrooms, clean, nice neighborhood with 15 minutes of most everything. Largest pool in the division, always clean and clear. Enjoyed our stay very much. Would stay here again.

Wonderful family vacation in Florida

My family and I stayed at this vacation home May 1st through 8th and had a fantastic time. The house was in a great location near Disney World in the heart of central Florida and was surrounded by beautiful woodlands and lakes. The house is 20-25 minutes drive from Disneyland. Despite some of the earlier comments about this property being dirty my family and I felt that the property was well furnished and clean. I would recommend this house to any family wanting a peaceful, spacious and conveniently located home for their Florida vacation!

Great home, spacious, great pool. Great house for family travel convenient location to Disney and other activities in the Orlando and Kississmmee area, We stayed at the house while going back and forth to Daytona Beach for Bike week. Everyone was pleased. Minor problems we had were handled by the owner in a timely manner. Good time was had by all. Trafalgar Village is a nice gated community only 15 minutes from Disney.

The overall first impression of this home and the owners marketing of the property is wow! However please note that the backyard pool area etc is located a stones throw from a major highway. The noise is very loud. We were gone most of the day, it was convient to major attractions. We e-mailed the owners on many problems and never received a response back. The last night of our stay my son got bit by a swarm of ants in his bed room on the second floor. When you turned on the lights in the am downstairs bugs would swarm. As far as good customer service provided I would say no. I am sure he gets many first time renters but probrally not many a second time around. If issues that need to be fixed are addressed, and there is more communication with the owners, I would recommend this property. Despite the noise level it is a nice community.

Wonderful Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful time in your rental vacation home in Orlando. The appearance of the house was exactly how it looked on the your website and the house and all the rooms were very clean and the house was very clean and tidy. The location was perfect and it was centrally located to Disney and the shopping outlets. The property management was extremely helpful and always responded immediately. I would absolutely recommend this property to a friend because it was a delightful place to stay as well as a gorgeous property.

Ruined family vacation

The propery seemed perfect when we arrived, spacious enough for all my children and grandchildren. Here are the problems we encountered: 1. Cock roach infested kitchen- could not put a food down without roaches being on it in a few minutes. We left all the groceries in the house for fear we would bring the roaches home with us. 2. Refrigerator was not working. We arrived on Saturday, the frig was finally repaired on Tuesday. 3. Air conditioner was out,was never repaired even though it worked oin several times. The Owner and the Manager was contacted several times during the stay. Please do not choose this location.

The home is sprayed for pests and insects every month, with special attention to the kitchen, and we could not find any indication that there was a problem with pests now and during your stay. We make great efforts to ensure our home is meticulously clean and well maintained. We apologize that the refrigerator did break during this vacationer’s stay. The vacationer contacted us and we had the refrigerator repaired the very next day after they reported it. The air conditioning unit stopped working the day before the vacationer’s departure. We had asked the guests not to leave the windows and doors open while running the unit. The repairman indicated that the thermostat was set at the lowest setting for an extended period of time and a result, the unit gave out. We immediately repaired the unit and have not had any complaints since it has been repaired. We want to make everyone’s experience at our property is a great one and we are always available for any assistance a guest may need during their stay.

We stayed at your house for a wonderful family vacation. The house was exceptionally clean and plenty of room for all three families. Sean responded to every email question we had before and after our trip. We have been looking to rent a vacation house in a different state and so far nothing has compared to this house, ammenities and price! I would definitely recommend this house for a vacation.

We had a great time - - - This is a very spacious and comfortable house and the clubhouse was really fantastic! Visitors should set aside time to make use of it - The pool at the house was really a "nice to have" too (make sure you heat it) - I would highly recommend this property and would give it 4.5 stars - we hope to return some day. Very good value for a large family or group....We had 9 people there very comfortably.
