Come and relax in our Newly Remodeled, Nicely Furnished and Decorated Ocean View Villa. Our Villa is fully-equipped with all the modern conveniences which include a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV with cable, DVD & VCR Player, free wireless high speed internet, professionally cleaned with linens, towels and starter supply of soap and tissue ready for your arrival.
Our Villa is located on Hilton Head Island SC, in Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort (20-minutes from HHI-Airport and 45-minutes from Savannah GA & Airport). The Resort is beautifully maintained with 24-hour security. They welcome a family atmosphere and provides everything you could ask for (just to name a few), 2-pool's (one of them is the largest ocean front pool on the island), separated kiddies pool, 10-tennis courts and pro-shop, fitness center, fishing lagoon, children activity program (seasonal), children playground, picnic area, on-sight coin operated laundry, on-sight convenience/souvenir store, on-sight bike rental, on-sight Sports Bar & Grill, Tiki-Bar by the pool/ocean front and private access to the Atlantic Ocean Beach.
We are located near all your shopping needs which includes outlet stores, department stores, grocery stores, drug stores, souvenir stores etc... and if you are looking for fine-dinning there are many great restaurants in the area from fresh seafood and steaks to pizza and fast-foods.
Did we mention there are 26-CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF COURSES in Hilton Head, so setting a tee-time should not be a problem.

Our Family has been vacationing at HHI Beach and Tennis Resort for over 10 years. We are from Wisconsin and discovered our best family getaway vacation is coming here!!! There is nothing like spending a day on the beach with your family, enjoying a swim in the pool, playing tennis or taking a walk or bike ride along the shore of the Atlantic Ocean. If you are looking for golfing there are great championship golf courses to pick from. We hope you also experience the breath taking morning sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean. Wonderful HHI Getaway Villa!

There are many place to rent on HHI....BUT to be able to rent and deal with wonderful owners as well try to accomodate all your needs and requests so graciously is not always an easy task! These owners are fabulous and made a last minute trip for a former resident of HHI very easy, pleasant and accomodating. I really lucked out to find this villa for my dear friend. I will definately refer this unit. It is very clean comfortable and has a lovely view with a nice beachy feel....and...easy access from elevator or stairs. Security amazing, pool great and right by beach with food and drinks for any ages! Thank You!

We stayed at Hilton Head Beach& Tennis Resort at property#6173. After trying to find some thing in Hilton Head to book for Labor Day Week-end the owners of this villa was awesome enough to letting us book for just that time frame. I have stayed at different villas and condos and I can say this had every thing that you need with children board games to chairs for the beach and the kitchen was loaded the everything you need to make breafast,lunch and dinner. It has a great view of the ocean too. The resort also has family/children programs going on and a huge pool. We had our boys with us and they love the this place. To top a great week-end away was a dolphin boat ride,we seen dolpins and the boys got to drive the boat. Can't wait to go back next year.

This was a great place to stay, very clean updated unit with a nice ocean view considering it is back several rows. Will definitely stay here again! Working with the owner was great as well...very nice folks!

This unit had everything we needed and more! The pool and ocean a short walk from the room and the view is spectacular. The property was immaculate and beautifully landscaped. We appreciated the 24 hour security so we never had to worry about our car. The bike rental on site was great as well. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. We plan to stay here again! We had teenaged children who loved the beach at night and with all the other families staying at the resort we made lots of friends.

My wife and I spend our weeks vacation on HHI, at Beach and Tennis Resort in B351-Villa. The Villa had a good view of the Ocean, very clean and had eveything we needed to enjoy our weeks vacation. The Resort was neat, nice people, good food, good tennis, close to shopping and getting to the pool and beach was just a couple steps from our villa. Thanks we had a great vacation at your B351-Villa and plan on coming back next year!!!
