Paradise Pointe is a premier, resort, oceanfront condominium building in the quiet, family oriented, Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. Paradise Pointe opened in October, 2004. Our unit is a 4 bedroom (2 Master Suites), 3 bathroom end unit located on the 5th floor, with a magnificent view of both the horizon and the beach front.
Our unit has a beautiful oceanfront view from the living room and the King Master bedroom. You even have a view of the ocean from the dining room and kitchen. Our living room has a mirrored wall, which gives you even more images of the ocean. The living room and King Master bedroom have access to a 27-foot, private balcony overlooking the beach and the oceanfront pool area.
The balcony has a circular table with four chairs so you can enjoy your meals while taking in the sites and sounds of the ocean. The balcony also has three additional seats (including a rocker) so everyone can enjoy the oceanfront view. Paradise Pointe has private access to the beach, an indoor, heated pool, a large oceanfront pool, a kiddie pool and a lazy river. You won't want to miss staying at this new, premier resort.
Our condo has four bedrooms, each with it's own TV with DVD player and ceiling fan. The King Master bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and jacuzzi tub (with jets). The Queen Master bedroom has a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom.
The other two bedrooms share a "jack-n-jill" bathroom. One of these bedrooms has a queen size bed and the other has two twin beds. The twin bedroom also has playstation 2 (when the kids need a break from the brilliant, South Carolina, Sun).
Why spend up to $100 per day eating out for all of your meals? Our kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare all of your meals at the condo and cut the cost of your vacation. We have a dining room with a table that seats six and a kitchen bar with four bar stools.
Planning a golf vacation in Myrtle Beach? Our Condo is convenient to all Myrtle Beach courses and is especially convenient to the top-rated courses on Rte. 9 (Long Bay, Aberdeen CC, Diamondback, Buck Creek, Colonial Charters, Bay Tree, Eagles Nest, Robbers Roost and Surf Golf and Beach Club). Also, working with our property management company, we can put together a custom-made, complete golf package, which includes accommodation at our condo and greens fees at many of your favorite, Myrtle Beach golf courses.
Need to stay "connected" while you're on vacation? Our unit has High Speed DSL Internet Service (from Verizon) with wireless router so you can check your email while sitting on the balcony enjoying the view.
Our unit offers cable TV service, linen service (additional charge), professional cleaning after check-out (additional charge) and a washer and dryer.
Our property management company is one of the most experienced in Myrtle Beach and is available to assist you should you have any questions about or problems with the unit after you arrive.
Our building has 3 levels of covered parking for your convenience. You are allowed to park two cars in the garage. One car can park in the spot reserved for our unit and the other car can park in any of the unreserved spots. Any additional cars will need to park in a public parking lot. Unfortunately, the condo association does not allow motorcycles in the parking garage so they must be parked in a public lot.
Our unit is a no smoking unit and no pets are allowed.

I would high recommend this unit for anyone traveling to North Myrtle Beach. Location is perfect, not far from Sea Mountain Highway, but very quiet and secluded. The owner was very helpful and accommodating, as we changed our date several times. Great oceanfront setting, with a very large balcony. The unit was clean and comfortable, kitchen equipped with everything you need. Looking forward to staying again next year.

Looking for a quiet & family oriented stay; you've found the place!!! My husband & I are currently stationed in Germany which makes it hard for us to see our family; staying here made up for our lost time with our family which we have not seen & spent quite some time with during the summer on the beach. This condo was spacious enough for 7 adults & 2 kids running crazy to enjoy while on vacation. With TV's in each room as well as the living room, everyone was entertained no matter what time of day. The kids as well as adults enjoyed the large balcony over seeing the beach no matter time of day as well as for meals. Hartford Inn Motel is the next block up from this condo, which was great for more family members to stay at :) Only complaint was condo not being cleaned very well prior to our stay, which made the first night long. This had nothing to do with the owner, but of Myrtle Grand. In the future before our stay I will contact Myrtle Grand to make sure everything is good before our check in. I had great communication with the owner no matter what time of day I was in contact & very informative. We hope & look forward to staying here in the near future. We also hope for this place to be our 'new' family vacation home in the future years at North Myrtle Beach, SC.

After an absolutely stressful year at work, I was mentally exhausted and this beautiful condo gave me the respite my family and I needed. Very tastefully decorated, a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean, quiet, and peaceful. The development had enough parking for our cars, just the right number of bathrooms for our family of nine, and comfortable beds. The large balcony allowed outside dining and there was plenty of space for meal preparation inside the kitchen. We l. ook forward to renting the condo again next season. The only complaint was the condo was not completely cleaned prior to our check-in. This was not the fault of the owner but of the property management company. Just hope the management company fixes this issue and it would be nice for it to provide us a discount for a future rental since some of the vacation time was spent taking care of its job. However, the condition was not the owners' fault and will not affect our future rental with the owners.

We stayed after Christmas. The owners were great to work with. Our stay was paradise!!! Being able to watch the sunrise from the bedroom and the sun set over Myrtle Beach from the porch was a real treat! The heated pool was also great.

We rented the condo for a month! A month in paradise! Real Estate Agent when not on vacation and I know a well kept rental when I see it - I am coming back to this one again & again & again! Luxurious condo - everything at your fingertips. Owners are extremely nice & have provided for your every needs. Pack your clothes & food & move right in. Enjoy the gorgeous million $$$ views of the ocean from sunrise to sunset. Watch dolphins playing from huge balcony. Just 100 ft walk to beach to play in sand & swim warm coastal waters. Swim in well kept outdoor or indoor pool. Float on lazy river to relax or kids will love to splash around. Unit is very well maintained & tastefully decorated. Master bdrm suite has view of the ocean & even a jetted tub to wash away your worries & stress when you first arrive. You won't need it after that because troubles just wash down the drain as you relax for a great time at the beach with family & friends. Family loved the idea of having their own bathrooms instead of sharing. Living room/kitchen area great for gatherings to play games at night. Perfectly located on a quiet end of North Cherry Grove. Grocery very close by for all the necessities to cook in. Restaurants in town or not far to strip to indulge in any restaurant you can think of. Love seafood?? Just a 20 minute ride to Little River or just a little further to Calabash for the best seafood! We rented a boat in Little River to cruise the intercoastal waterway for the day or jet skis are available too. Golf course are everywhere for the men and ladies you can shop till you drop everyday if that's your desire! Or take a good book and relax in sun and surf while reading. Look no further for a great place to call "Home" for a short time in Paradise. You won't be sorry you found this place! Just make sure to leave it as you found it - I may be the next reservation coming in behind you!!!!
