This beautiful, 5th floor, OCEAN VIEW Villa #3529 is newly renovated throughout. New Carpet 5/08 (in bedrooms). New kitchen & all new appliances. New furniture and bedding throughout and new porcelain tiled floors & freshly painted. High speed wireless internet and flat screen TV's. This is a 2 bedroom unit with a King suite on one side and two Queen sleigh beds on the other side. *New Oceanfront Fire Pit located by BBQ area*
The elevator is conveniently located for easy unloading of your luggage. Villamare features a heated ocean front pool, hot tub & kiddie pool as well as an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and COMPLETE GYM open year round. The gym offers treadmills, eliptical's, bikes, free weights and strength training circuit.
Every room and balcony features an oceanview.
Villamare is located in the lovely Palmetto Dunes Plantation with easy access to world class golf at Robert Trent Jones, Arthur Hills, and Fazio Golf Courses. You will be in walking distance to the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center.
There is also a general store as well as a bike, canoe, and boogie board rental shop just a few steps away. One of my favorite restaurants, Alexanders, is just a short walk from the villa. Make sure you make reservations! There are also restaurants located next door at the Marriott for your convenience.
There is also a free shuttle service throughout the plantation as well as to Shelter Cove where there is fine dining and shopping! Available April through October.
When you walk into the entry foyer, one side has a fully stocked kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, breakfast nook & dining area. The living room has cable TV, DVD player and VCR as well as a new washer and dryer 4/06. There is also High Speed INTERNET ACCESS.
French doors separate the living area from the master suite which has a king-size sleigh bed, TV and VCR, large soaking tub, separate shower and bath, and private balcony.
The other side of the foyer features a 'hotel' style suite with two queen size sleigh beds, dining table, its own full bath and private balcony.
You are just steps from the heated pool, hot tub, and awesome beach! New for 2006 is a kiddie pool located next to the oceanfront pool. In case of a rainy or cool day, you can enjoy our indoor heated pool, sauna, hot tub, or fitness area (which was recently updated and features new equipment). Bring your bikes for riding on the beach, it is a beautiful way to start your day!

We have owned at Villamare for several years and absolutely love Hilton Head. Our children learned to ride their bicycles for the first time on the hardpack beaches of Hilton Head. We enjoy the 'wildlife', surf, sand and charisma that we have found on this Island. We had a fantastic vacation in Hilton Head!!! Our family LOVED the island and the beaches were amazing! Our villa was clean and BIG...which is exactly what we wanted. It was nice to have a lot of space for a family of 4. It was close enough to the pool and the beach so we could run back and grab anything we needed at any time. The only negative was our ice maker was OUT OF SERVICE and we were never given notice of this nor even given ice trays. This was a HUGE pain. Everyday we had to go out an buy ice for the cooler and keep some in the freezer for drinks. This did not take away from our vacation but it was certainly not the high point of everyday running out and filling up the cooler...(some times even twice because the ice wouldn't last all day). But like I said, the unit was clean and spacious. It came with everything, cleaners, dishwashing detergent and more...which is VERY nice. Hilton Head Island suprassed our expectations!!! We LOVED it!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children.

What a nice place to stay! The condo is just steps away from a large outdoor pool and the beach which are perfect for relaxing. The pictures on the website very accurately reflect what the villa looks like in person. The view of the ocean is also exactly as pictured. There was more than enough room for our family of four. All of the amenities are there as promised. Good location for sightseeing and history as well - two hours from Charleston and one hour from Savannah. There is a lot to see and do - great for day trips. Don't forget to go for a bike ride - the island is very bicycle friendly. I highly recommend this condo! I enjoyed working with Tracey (the owner).
