The upstairs four bedroom unit comfortably accommodates up to 16 overnight guests, but is also perfect for four couples, with four separate bedrooms plus a loft, 2 bathrooms, a spectacular two-story family and dining room with flat screen LCD TV and DVD, a
fully-equipped kitchen, and front and rear decks. Lots of closet space and a private attached garage add unique storage for your beach equipment or windsurfing or kite boarding gear. All bedrooms (except for 1), the loft, the living room, dining room, and
kitchen have views of the ocean!
The upstairs 2-bedroom unit accommodates up to 8 overnight guests comfortably with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, quality sofa sleepers in the living room, flat screen TV, a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, and front deck.
There are two additional 1-bedroom units on the ground level, each can accommodate up to 4 overnight guests with a queen size bed, separate living room with quality sofa sleeper, fully equipped kitchen, furnishings and a great front deck.
All units have high speed wireless internet service and units 1,2 and 3 share a laundry room; unit 4 has a separate laundry room. All units share two outdoor showers and a game room with foosball and board games. There is ample parking for all units whether rented separately or combined.
Close to the entertainment and restaurant venues on South Padre Island, you may choose to dine out every night. But if you want to cook in, you will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen in your unit or you can cook out in the private backyard.
