Our new cottage "GONE TO THE BEACH" is designed to allow you and your family to relax and refresh. Located in exclusive "Santa Rosa Beach" - close to Seaside, this spacious, four bedroom, three bath home has an additional roon on the thrid floor (tower room) with approximately 1700 square feet in total).
Enjoy the luxury of this beach cottage located in the brand new development of Old Florida Village right near Gulf Place. Our cottage is a quick stroll away from Florida's Emerald Coast - One of the World's Most Beautiful Beaches (Life Guarded Beach - during season). The cottage is located in the center island of the development - and just steps to one of the two pools (children do not have to go into street to get to one of the pools).
Restaurants are within walking distance as is stores for shopping. In addition, Silver Sands Factory Outlet Center is just ten minutes to the west in Sandestin. Goatfeather's Seafood Market is right outside the village entrance!!! Also a few miles away is Destin-Commons a brand new shopping and entertaining center with shops, restaurants, and a Rave Motion Picture theater.
Old Florida Village is architecturally designed with 70 rich cottages with a retail/loft (scheduled to be completed in 2008) area that will be similar to Seaside. The village has two community pools, street pavers, and sidewalk pavers. Great landscaping has enhanced the natural looks of the village. The neighborhood is very private and has a nice community feel. Great bike and walking paths extend for miles. Convenient bike rentals are available in the area.
The house is very tastefully decorated with rich and relaxing furniture. A gas barbecue grill is provided for your family cookouts. The bedrooms are furnished as follows:king in master, two queens in two other bedrooms, and two twins in the fourth bedroom. One of the bedrooms is on the first floor which is very convenient.
The tower room has a couch, two chairs, ottoman and a entertainment center - great for relaxing at the end of the day or for watching the sunsets. Two porches will give you time to sit outside and relax while reading a book or talking to friends and family. The family room, three of the four bedrooms, and the tower room will all have televisions with most having DVD capabilities (tower room has VHS capabilites also).
Scenic Highway 30A is a spectacular 18-mile journey full of great architecture, restaurants, fishing, beaches, kayaking, biking, shopping, and walking or running. Beach set-up are available at the beach on a daily or weekly basis.
Restaurants: One of the charming elements of 30-A is that there are many different type restaurants that allow you to experience all types of fine and casual dining. When you stay at "GONE TO THE BEACH" you are within walking distance of six different restaurants.
Entertainment: Gulf Place is four-tenths of a mile from Old Florida Village. There are concerts every Sunday night in season as well as other events on the Green.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
"GONE TO THE BEACH" is a Non-Smoking - No Pets allowed cottage.
ADD $120 cleaning fee, 11% STATE LODGING Tax, and $250 Security Deposit to all rentals. $500 Deposit on Rentals (5-7 night or more) and $350 Deposit on Rentals 4 Nights or less.
Weekly Rentals in Summer (Saturday to Saturday), Nightly rates available at other times. ** Specials do not apply to Holidays!
$50 Fee on All Cancelations, $450 Cancelation Fee if within 30 days of arrival date. |
