Our SEASCAPE townhouse is located in South Forest Beach on Hilton Head Island. The villa is directly across the street from the beach. A 4 minute walk along the private Seascape beach path will bring you to one of the most exciting and beautiful beaches on the east coast. On the beach there is a private beach cabana with restrooms and showers for the exclusive use of Seascape owners and their guests.
No need to run back to the villa for those emergencies!!! The shops and restaurants of Coligny Circle are a 12 minute walk from the villa. Both Van de Meer tennis and the Player's Club are within a 10 minute walk of our Seascape villa.
Our townhome is a three bedroom two bathroom beach getaway. We have completely updated this villa and is one of the BEST in SEASCAPE! We added a brand new white kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and an expansive breakfast bar. The large refrigerator has an ice maker and a water and ice dispenser on the front.
There is a sleeper sofa, TV, DVD player and stereo, dining table with seating for 6 plus 3 bar stools at the new kitchen bar. There is a deck off the living/dining area with a gas grill and outside seating - perfect for a relaxed evening of grilling after a hard day of golf/tennis or surf and sand.
The two upstairs bathrooms have been reconfigured to give maximum space and openness and feature updated tile, vanities/fixtures and showers. There are two bedrooms on the second floor. The second master bedroom feature a queen bed with a blue and white nautical theme. The other "kids" bedroom has two twin beds with a coastal surfer theme.
The master bedroom suite on the third floor features a king bed with it's own private master bath. Also, off the master bedroom is a secluded and private covered balcony with seating for two - perfect for sipping your morning coffee or relaxing to the sounds of the lagoon fountain at night.
Let us treat you to the modern conveniences of home while on vacation and the delights of the Hilton Head beaches, tennis and golf.
This is a NON-SMOKING VILLA. Sorry, there are NO PETS allowed in the complex.

What a great Fall getaway! This Seascape Villa was a luxury retreat for me and some of my beary closest friends. A perfect place for a family, with a spacious living room and beautiful kitchen. Especially for mom and dad who want some privacy, the 3rd floor master suite is just the thing.
The weather was perfect so we were able to spend most every day of our fall break relaxing on the beach with just a short walk from this townhome. But there was so much to see and do with world-class golf courses all over the island…it was a must on our list of things to do.
Another great way to see the island is by bike. Whether you ride on the beach or choose from over 50 miles of bike paths, it’s a wonderful way to see the breath taking landscape, beautiful golf courses and dense tropical forests of Hilton Head Island.
Of course after a day at the beach, this bear was hungrier than a polar bear after hybernation! So we hopped on our bikes and rode only about a mile before we found a great place to stuff ourselves on, you guessed it! Seafood, my favorite!
The time went by just too fast….I want to go back and try some kayaking, a dinner cruise, or maybe even parasailing.

We had a great week at your condo in Hilton Head, you’ve done a beautiful job decorating it! The weather was beautiful, 60’s all week and 70 on Saturday. I wanted to ask you where you got the shower curtain in the master bath, it’s just beautiful. Having that 3rd floor master was wonderful, it’s so quiet and isolated. Thanks for a super week. This villa is in a great location - just across the street from a truly beautiful beach that stretches for miles in either direction. There are shops and restaurants in easy walking distance but you're far enough away from the hub-bub.The unit is incrediably quiet both from inside and outside noises. The pools are nice and not overcrowded like some other villas. It is a nicely decorated and comfortable unit and we felt right at home staying here.

The owners of this condo are very wonderful to work with. The coded entry eliminates the need to stop and get keys or cards, or to keep track of them while staying at the villa. The decorating is magnificent. The 3rd floor master bedroom suite is the height of comfort, privacy, and elegance. The floor to ceiling windows in three rooms, looking out on a wooded and lagoon setting, add to the charm of this convenient villa. We look forward to another visit, and we would definitely recommend it to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed your vacation house and would definitely rent it again. We loved the king sized bed and really missed the comfort of it when we got home. The bedroom arrangements worked perfectly for us with the four teens. And the location of the condo was great for a short bike ride to anything we wanted to do: lots of great restaurants and shops so we never got bored. The cooler on wheels was excellent - we found that we used it loke you do - towels, beach toys, etc. It is thoughtful of you to leave the little extras to use at the beach. Thanks again for your hospitality and follow-up. I found our communication to be excellent during the rental phase. You were always very efficient about getting back to me about my questions. I hope we'll get to rent from you again in the future.
