We have rented this house several times and the memories that we have stored are unmeasureable! We always save a few days just for my husband and myself and then the family arrives and the house is large enough to accomodate the whole gang. The best thing about our favorite spot is that all we need to do is pack are our bags and the house is fully equipped with everything else that you would ever need. Tom is always ready and available to answer any questions that you might have, and if there is ever a problem it is handled very quickly and efficiently. Thank you for sharing your family house and all of your memories that are still scattered about from your childhood which makes for interesting conversations.

This is a belated thank you for our stay in your house. It was a great success for our extended family group, and we thank you for providing such a nice place. Between the comfortable living room, the kitchen facilities, the hot tub and sauna, the game room, the yard, and the wonderful location in Cotuit we were all busy and entertained. Among other outings, our trip to Sandy Neck, with surging tide and surf, and bitter winds was memorable! We also thank you for your quick and informative responses to our questions, the accurate description of the location and property, and the photos (which were helpful in making our decision).

We had a fantastic relaxing vacation here. My husband had been gone for 4 months on a ship in Africa (He's a '05 MMA grad) and we decided to road trip here to reconnect. This home offered us that and more. My family flew from the West and his drove down and we all enjoyed it immensely. Thank you! We will be back !!!

A magnificent & breathtaking place to have a small intimate wedding/honeymoon. We felt the sense of family & community even though it was only us here... Thank you so much for sharing your space in such a joyous way! We will be back!

We thank you so much for the use of your home. Despite it being the worst weather week of the whole summer, we had a blast! We love Cotuit and would recommend the area to anyone.

Enjoyed your roomy home - loved the hot tub and sauna and my teenaged boys loved the play room, which we dubbed their "den of inequity" because we had a hard time getting them out of it! Back deck is lovely and we really enjoyed our stay - thank you!

I've had the pleasure of staying at this house several times now, during both the peak season and the off-season. Each time, the property was clean, cozy, well maintained, and well-decorated. It really feels like a home away from home. The long driveway off the main road affords a good amount of privacy. The house is bright, spacious, and airy, and the views of the pond are gorgeous. As someone who loves to cook, I appreciated the kitchen stocked with cookware and the large dining area. I was also impressed with the modern bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. The hot tub, sauna room, and wraparound deck are definitely added bonuses. I should also note that there is a rec room in the basement complete with a TV, pool table, games, and an outdoor grill -- great for entertaining company or children. I will look forward to coming back here again time and time again!

Our family rented in July 2010. The house is centrally located and has a good floor plan but the house and yard could use a little TLC.
Owner response:Due to an unusual amount of rain, it was difficult to complete all of the landscaping in-between stays mid-July. We personally visit the property every 2-3 weeks and are always available if anyone renting from us has a problem at the house.
Recommended for:Pet owners, sightseeing.
