Direct Ocean front private home in a setting to relax and enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean from most all rooms. Make wonderful new memories at the beach with your family. Walk for miles on white sandy beaches. Watch the shuttle launches live or spectacular July 4th fireworks on the beach.
Enjoy incredible sun and moon rises over the ocean from our spacious two story duplex property. We rent out the entire 2nd floor, which is a complete 2 bedroom and 2 bath apartment. Special rates may be available for last minute bookings ... Call us direct.
First spacious bedroom has King size bed, the second bedroom has 2 twins, plus there is a Queen Hide-a-bed in the Great Room.
Enjoy the luxury of super pima, fluffy cotton towels; 600 thread count sheets and down pillows.
The screened patio in the back over looks the ocean and is perfect for outside dining or relaxing to read a good book on lounge chairs. Lots of paperback books to enjoy (just leave one if you take one). Some DVD’s and CD’s for your enjoyment.

Restaurant and Local activities guide book in the kitchen is great for other fun and evenings out on the town. New Smyrna is a wonderful small town that is filled with unique restaurants, bars, shops and activities.
The downtown has many local activities, like antique car shows, holiday parades, farmers market and historic museums and sites. There are two very nice public golf courses within four to five miles.
Year round availability. Flexible check in & out with Sunday to Sunday preferred. Rented for one week minimum stays, but we prefer 2 weeks to month long rentals ... and the price is better.
Special event weekends and Holidays are priced separately. Parking for two to three vehicles.
No Smoking, Please. We are NOT baby or child proofed!

We had a wonderful relaxing time with our family at your elegant beach home. Great access to the beach and the views are superb. (especially nice is the public handicapped ramp - one house up the beach, so our mother could get down to the beach easy!) Beds and linens were great, also all the thick towels. About the owner: Hi, we are Larry and Jan. Over the past 23 years of our marriage, we have had the incredible luxury and luck to have traveled much of the world, but have always loved New Smyrna Beach for its quaintness and friendliness. When we bought the “duplex style” Beach House about 11 years ago, it was a long time dream come true. Since then we re-modeled it and have treasured many, many good times with family and friends at the beach. The beach here seems to just draw you to it. The colors and sounds of the sand and ocean are both impressive and calming. We keep the downstairs apartment for ourselves and our family and rent out the upper apartment (it has the best views). It is not a glamorous or fancy house, but nicely decorated and (we think) quite special. We hope you will treasure it and enjoy yourselves at “our” beach too.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
New Smyrna is a cozy coastal town that has pretty good restaurants and friendly folks. There is lots to do and when you want, nothing to do!

Just the view from the kitchen of the sand and the ocean with the rolling waves will bring down anyones blood pressure. Relax with quiet and privacy. There is great walking and biking opportunity on the beach as well as fishing! Wonderful restaurants in town, just blocks away or cook and stay in. Sometimes we take a few comfortable beach chairs down to the sand with crackers, cheese and a good bottle of Merlot (don't tell the beach patrol) - it makes a wonderful dinner....!
