You'll find everything you need to make your maui vacation fun and memorable in our ground floor condo located close to the pool and laundry. Enjoy breakfast on our newly tiled lanai or visit one of the local eateries or shops, within a five minute walk.
Located directly across from the best, life guarded family beach in Kihei- Kamaole Beach Park II. Sorry, no pets. Laundry room is a stone's throw away. Our condo is nestled in the center of the complex, making it quiet and convenient to all amenities.
Kihei is about 14 miles from the Kahului airport on the sunny side of Maui. Looking west from the beaches, vacationers enjoy the famous maui sunsets and the sight of whales during the winter months (approximately Nov through mid April).
Have a large group? We often network with the owner of the condo next door for those who need to book two units.

My husband and I stayed in the unit 05.16-05.26 and had a lovely time. The condo is incredibly well equipped, it felt like home and not like being in a strange place. The location is excellent as home base if you are planning to explore - without feeling like you are in the middle of a tacky tourist area. We did the standard "must see" things as well some exploring and it was never a long road back... The Office / security staff were helpful and we met an wide variety of people going to and from the beach. Sue is also a joy to deal with. I think that our experience was actually much more pleasant than that of my other family members...
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This was our second visit to Kihei Kai Nani and our first to this unit. Description was accurate, except the bed was actually a very comfortable QUEEN, and the extra bed a double futon, also comfortable. All the other comments in the listing were correct. Unit was very clean and well-maintained, and the owners were very easy-going and helpful. The kitchen was very well-equipped, and we prepared most meals at "home". The pool was spotless, the ambiance of the complex was friendly and fun, and a beautiful beach was just steps away! A wonderful place to spend our 11-day holiday!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
