We just completed a full remodel of our oceanfront home. Our unit now offers all brand new high end stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, custom design lighting fixtures and furnishings throughout. We installed an oversized capacity AC large enough to keep cold the entire unit in addition we have ceiling fans for your added comfort. We made sure to have the most comfy bed possible (very important to get a good nights sleep!)and we included all the amenities of home we've all come to expect when travelling.
Our OCEANFRONT property at Maalaea Banyans continues to be one of the absolute best values on Maui. We are located in the quaint harbor village of Maalaea just a 20 minute from Lahaina Towne and just far enough away from all the crowds.
Maalaea Banyans is a quiet low rise condominium that sits directly oceanfront. During whale season (November - May) we have what has long been considered one of the most active locations for whale sitings. You can sit back and relax on our oceanfront lanai and be entertained by these magnificent creatures for hours. Otherwise you can just soak up the miles and miles of oceanviews and watch as the sailboats and yachts cruise in and out of the Maalaea Marina. On most days you can even see Haleakala and of course the magestic West Maui Mountains or of course the rainbows that are just one of the many dependable spectacles that we try not to take for granted. Yes we love sitting out and relaxing on our lanai...it's hard to leave!
The swimming pool and barbeque area are both located directly oceanfront so you never have to compromise our incredible view. The beach is only a short 5 minute walk from our door and it's absolutely incredible. White soft sandy beach that stretches for miles and miles with aqua green water that just beckons you! Don't forget to bring your snorkel gear!
Our home is furnished to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people along with all the standard amenities of home.Full kitchen appliances of course along with washer and dryer for your added convenience. If you don't feel like cooking take a short stroll over to the Maui Ocean Center and choose from the myriad of restaurants.
You'll find something for everyone at the ocean center. If you're travelling with children they'll love the Maui Golf and Water Park that features miniature golf, the Extreme Trampoline and Rock Climbing experience and of course the best of all their water bumper boat rides that is really great fun for the whole family. Be sure to make time for the Aquarium which is the featured attraction at the ocean center...it's a great family treat!
