Our oceanfront condo is privately owned and located on the eighth floor at the northeast corner of the Sand Dollar building. It is a large two bedroom, two bath unit, with sliding doors from the living area and master bedroom to an oversized balcony overlooking the Atlantic.
The Sand Dollar is a family oriented building located at 3115 S. Atlantic Avenue in Daytona Beach Shores, just south of Daytona Beach.
The building is very secure with underground parking, two elevators, two saunas, hot tub, and heated pool overlooking the ocean. There is also a fully equipped exercise room on the main level of the building.
The living/dining area has a sleep sofa, two oversized chairs, a dining table to comfortably seat six and a kitchen bar area with two additional bar stools.
The entertainment unit houses a 32 inch remote controlled color TV with cable access, along with a surround sound stereo and VHS/DVD/CD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a glass top stove, full size microwave oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster oven and all the dishes, glassware, and utensils you will need.
All linens and towels are provided. There is a laundry room in the unit with full a size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, clock radio, 19 inch remote TV with VCR/ DVD and cable access. There are two large closets, a double dresser and two nightstands.
A private bath with shower stall and linen closet completes the master suite. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, double dresser, clock radio, full closet and private bathroom with tub, shower, and full size vanity.
Maximum occupancy is four to six people, including children. Our unit is non smoking, however ash trays are provided to smoke on the balcony. Pets are not allowed.
The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. No subletting is permitted. We require a $300 deposit per week to hold the dates you are requesting. Full payment is expected no later than 30 days from the rental date.alcony.Pets are not a |
