This family retreat is comfortable and inviting with every amenity to make you feel welcome. There is plenty of room to relax and forget all the pressures back home. This unit comfortably sleeps six and all bedding is top quality. No hotel mattresses here. Unit includes washer and dyer, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, and, of course, color cable TVs.
You will be surrounded by a magnificent lake, a number of pools, and, of course, the sea shore is a three-minute stroll. Once you visit you will always want to come back to our family retreat.
Kingston Plantation is a gated community, with approximately 300 yards of private beach front (next to the Apache Pier). It has a large lake, two hotels, two restaurants, $25 million sports and racquet club, world-class tennis facilities (former home of USTA Mercedes Championships), Arcadian Shores Golf Club, 12 outdoor pools and four indoor pools, six jacuzzis, water park with slides, water cannons, dunking bucket and lazy river, kids programs, pool-side entertainment during the day and in the evening during the summer, walking and biking trails, water sports, convenient access to shopping, dining and entertainment. Also, only a short walk down the beach to the famous Ocean Annies Beachfront Bar.
Only two miles from the famous Dunes Club and Golf Resort. Less than one mile is the Pro Bass Outlet, a shopping mall, Tanger Outlet, Wal-Mart Superstore, movie theater, Comedy Cabana, Dixie Stampede, Carolina Opry, Rossis Fine Italian, Southern Fresh Market, Calabash Seafood, Chuck's Steak House, Thoroughbreds, Sam Sneads, Kroger grocery, and much more in only a two-mile radius. Less than five miles is Barefoot Landing to the north and Broadway at the Beach to the south.
