Also across from Bay Beach Public Golf Course, large swimming pool, 4 tennis courts, and shuffleboard on premises. Gas grill on ground level.
Santini Plaza has all your needs including a post office, five restaurants, ice cream parlor, a bank, and shopping. Fish Tail Marina is a full service marina with rental boats and all your fishing needs plus a waterfront resturant. Restaurants range from a deli to fine dining and all types in between.
1 mile to Lovers Key State Park,rated one of the TOP TEN state parks in the USA; you can take the Key West shuttle in the morning and return the evening or stay over for a night or two,8 day advanced reservations save arround 25%. Close to Bonita Springs and Naples.

Our stay was fantastic. The place had anything and everything we could have needed and the owner was very accommodating. We loved being right on the beach! Overall a very nice facility with a good location on the beach. Excellent access to shopping and restaurants Good enough that we would return Too much political BULL regarding dogs This facility NEEDS a crosswalk for Estero Blvd closer to the front accessRecommended for: Pet owners, tourists without a car, age 55+.

We have stayed @ Estero Beach & Tennis Club for several years now but this year we had the Best Condo yet. Rich has a very nice place & he is a Super guy who is easy to get a hold of as he only lives a few miles away. We enjoyed the 42" Wall mounted TV & of course...the Dishwasher! The views of Santina Plaza & the back Bays are wonderful & also the corner view of the Gulf. We already plan on coming back next year! L & M Crystal...MinnesotaRecommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

What a wonderful time we had vacationing right on the beach in Florida. Ft. Myers Beach is a seven mile sand beach that is so pleasant to walk on. Our condo was right on the beach. We were extremely satisfied with our accommodations. Everything was welcoming, clean, well equipped with anything needed to be comfortable. It was an effeiciency condo so it is an excellent choice for a family with small children or a couple wanting to spend a relaxing, quiet vacation on the beach. It is very close to really nice restuarants. There is a fun trolly that takes you to "old town" if you decide to take the scenic route rather than drive. The owner of the condo was so helpful and accommodating. We would highly recommend it for a nice get-away.Recommended for: Pet owners, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

Great location, near to the beach, food places, Publix is 10 min drive, 4 clay tennis courts on the premises. Clean condo and building, everything is functional and it has all you need to cook and eat. Beautiful small but very scenic beaches with mangrove trees and lot of birds right across the building. We would come again. Thanks Rich!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

4/14/12-4/20/12 - This is probably our 4th time at this apartment. Large Flat screen tv, new diswashwasher and cabinets were a nice improvement since our last visit. Condo is very clean, everything you need is there. Rich is always available and accommodating. The peace , quiet and close proximity to the beach and wildlife, are what bring us back again and again. Walking distance to the marina and shopping. We are coming back next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

My family and I have stayed in the condo 3 times this past year and each experience has been outstanding! Rich is the most accommodating and hospitable owner. He has done wonderful upgrades to an already great place. The property is very quiet and clean, and convenient to the beach, restaurants, etc. It is always a plus that we can bring our dog with us as well. Thanks again Rich for your outstanding hospitality and we will see you this summer!Recommended for: Pet owners, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This condo has a great location. Everything I needed was in walking and bycycling distance. The beach and pool are right there at your doorstep. The holiday inn is great place for happy hour which is very short walk away. This a great place for beach lovers. I just can't say enough about the location I rented this condo only days before I arrived. Rich was very helpful and curtious It was super clean. The only thing I didn't like was it lacked a phone. I would difinitely use this condo again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.
