My family and I have stayed in the condo 3 times this past year and each experience has been outstanding! Rich is the most accommodating and hospitable owner. He has done wonderful upgrades to an already great place. The property is very quiet and clean, and convenient to the beach, restaurants, etc. It is always a plus that we can bring our dog with us as well. Thanks again Rich for your outstanding hospitality and we will see you this summer!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, pet owners, sightseeing, families with young children.

This condo has a great location. Everything I needed was in walking and bycycling distance. The beach and pool are right there at your doorstep. The holiday inn is great place for happy hour which is very short walk away. This a great place for beach lovers. I just can't say enough about the location I rented this condo only days before I arrived. Rich was very helpful and curtious It was super clean. The only thing I didn't like was it lacked a phone. I would difinitely use this condo again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

The review as written is exactyly what you are going to get. The apartment is beautiful, the location is great, the beach is outstanding. The only thing missing from the description is the evaluation of the owner Rich, who is one cool "sand dude". Thanks Rich, we will see you next summer!

Nice, clean, quiet condo. Beautiful views from patio. Nice area! Beach is kind of small right behind condo, but nice pathway to walk behind condos to the big beach. Beautiful white sand & lots of pretty shells. And owner is great to work with! Thanks Woody for a great mini vacation for my daughters & I!

Perfect location - everything available in walking distance. Condo balcony offers sun in a.m., cool, breezy shade in afternoon. Very comfortable sleeping arrangements.
