The house comes fully equipped with all your basic necessities plus high speed internet, Roku TV, Hulu Live, VHS/DVD player and a diverse movie & book collection. Fresh towels and linens provided. Kitchen has electric stove, refrigerator, juicer, food processor, coffee maker, pots and pans. Outside seating with gas and charcoal grills, fire pit by the lake, use of canoe, kayaks, paddle boat, fishing, swimming, 15 ft trampoline, hammocks, wavy slide, sandbox, swings in the trees, and a tree house for the kids! The cottage is located 3 hours from NYC in the northern Catskill region. About 2 miles down the road is the the Delaware River, perfect for kayaking and trout fishing! Also, be sure to bike, hike or take a country stroll down the 26 mile Catskill Scenic Trail and visit the nearby village of Hobart, a.k.a, 'the book village of the Catskills'.
