Three lanais to enjoy the tradewinds. Two king beds, two queen beds, and one bunk set-up with full on bottom and twin on top. We can also coordinate up to 16 people, when adjacent unit is also rented, which sleeps 6 comfortably. Requires availability and rental of both units. We can arrange this for larger parties, if necessary. Kauai Five O sleeps 10 comfortably.
Five minute walk, down greenbelt, to Poipu Beach. Poipu Bay Golf resort is one minute away, Hyatt Spa is five minute walk, tennis is three minute walk to eight courts, fitness center too! Why the Owner Chose Poipu Kai
Very convenient to everything and enough space for an entire family. Hyatt Resort and Spa is very close, as is the Poipu Beach area. Also very casual environment for relaxing and some great dining very close by too.
Also, it does not rain as much on the south shore of Kauai.

Beautiful location and easy to walk to beach and restaurants. Try the Hyatt Spa for a massage!
Roy's and Keoki's restaurants are our favorite, as well as the Beach House.
Go for a nice oceanside hike in th eearly morning to watch the turtles bob in the surf!
Hyatt is a 5 minute walk and is open to the public. We also have a 2 bedroom ocean front condo located at Poipu Sands and can help you with that if you are a smaller party of 4-6.
Sheraton Poipu Resort is about a 10 minute walk on the beach. Great sunset location and drinks.
Walking distance 5 minutes to Hyatt. Great spa and restaurants. Open to the public and a beautiful property to visit!

We live in Golden, Colorado and like enjoy the warm sun and water of Hawaii to warm up! Our condo is very large and it makes for a great family vacation. Our kids love coming here and swimming at Poipu Beach. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
We also have a 2 bedroom, oceanfront condo, located at marker B, if you need a smaller accomodation for 4-6.
