We loved the Cubhouse! It was exactly as described....well stocked, big rooms, clean, close to all attractions, & had amazing views. We played most days and always came back to the cabin to enjoy the porches, cook dinner, and soak in the hot tub. We would love to stay there on our next visit.

You have a wonderful cabin. Our group of 6 adults really enjoyed the stay. The views were just as pictured and better. The cabin was beautiful, very well stocked with everything we needed. It was great for each of us to have our own master suite! Very easy to find in a lovely area. We will definitely come back if we have our same group next year. This cabin is so cozy. The hot tub, pool table, and everything was just great. The views are INCREDIBLE!!! Truly breathetaking. Easy business with the Tally's. Very respectable people and easy dealing. Great prices, and a great time. Plenty of space, but not too big for any size group. I would easily recommend this for any vacationer in the Smoky Mountains.

This was our 2nd time at Cub House with our 2 labs and it was as beautiful and clean as ever. Unbelievable views, conviently located to all the local attractions and shopping, easy in and easy out with paved access (no 4-wheel drive needed) and a very accommodating owner. Our family vacation at the Cub House was definately one of our best vacations ever! The listing photos of this cabin don't lie.....a perfect location with amazing views of the mountains...It was breathtaking! Any activity or attraction you can possibly think of to do was only minutes away from the cabin. The layout of the cabin was perfect for our family with 3 great bedrooms, king size beds and an awesome bathroom in each bedroom. We celebrated my father's 76th birthday at Calhoun's Restaurant,(Best Ribs in America) and then went to The Country Tonight show, which was awesome. Great family entertainment. Peggy was wonderful to work with and I have already recommended this cabin to my friends.

Awesome Fourth of July!!

My family & in-laws stayed at this cabin the week of July 4th. This cabin is EXACTLY as the pictures show on VRBO. It had plenty of room for us and our dog. Even without a yard our dog is exceptionally happy. He loves vacationing! The pool table kept my ten year and his dad & grandpa very busy. Every evening we sat the deck and were in awe of the beautiful mountain views! The evening of the Fourth of July was something to see. As far as the eye could see there were fireworks being set off...it was so beautiful! The area has a lot to see and do as well. Ms. Tally was great to work with as far as renting...she made things easy. I found her to be compassionate about her rental as she kept in touch with me, I did not have to keep emailing her to find out what was going on. Her cleaning lady was just as good/nice. She keeps the house spotless! Thank you letting us rent your home and I am sure we will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at CUB HOUSE! It was a very comfortable cabin. We enjoyed the fireplace in the living area. On the cool mornings and nights it was nice to have. I think everyone in our party of 7 played at least 1 game of pool! We enjoyed the decks and the hammick. (In fact my husband has decided we need one.) Loved the roomy bathrooms, especially the large jacuzzi bath in each one. Each room having its own private bath was a great feature. After long days of playing and running around we were all ready to get back to "the cabin" to relax! We would recommend this cabin and would stay here again.

An amazing week in "Cub House"!!

We recently stayed a week in "Cub House" for our yearly anniversary trip and we did not want to leave! The views were amazing and the cabin is beautifully decorated and very clean..which is a huge plus for me. It is located on a nice paved road at the top of a small mountain which provides excellent views and pictures of the mountain range. Who wants to stay in an expensive hotel on the strip when you can have a view like this! Everything in the cabin was exactly as described in the description and photos and was well maintained. We were close to all attractions and had a blast exploring all week! A big "Thank You" to Peggy for making our stay incredible!!!!!!!!! I would definately recommend this property..thank you again for sharing your beautiful cabin with us :)) I'm ready to come back already!

Amazing Cabin, Amazing Views!

The views from this cabin are amazing. There is one cabin next door, but other than that- you feel like you are on the mountain by yourself. The cabin is beautiful inside. 3 huge bedrooms, all with great mountain views. Peggy thought of everything in the kitchen! Tons of pots/pans, grilling accessories, spices and seasoning for cooking. It made our stay so comfortable. We were about 5-10 minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge. What a wonderful vacation, and a wonderful host. Thanks for everything Peggy and family!

Our vacation home is set up to accommodate our family and yours when we are not able to visit the area. We like to have tons of cooking pans and utensils so cooking is easier and more time can be spent with our kids, family and friends.

Our visit to your cabin was very nice. You're place is absolutely beautiful and the view is amazing. We had a great time visiting Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We had a lot of fun snow tubing in Ober and the tram ride was exciting. We also really enjoyed eating at Cherokee Grill in Gatlinburg and the Old Mill in Pigeon Forge. Thanks for suggesting those restaurants.

Peggy, We loved our stay at your beautiful cabin. We go to the Gatlinburg area every year and have stayed in many places. Your cabin has the most expansive mountain view of any we have stayed in. Absolutely beautiful. It is so convenient to everything without getting in heavy parkway traffic. Also the Yahoo Zipline is very close to the cabin and was throughly enjoyed by 4 members of our family. They loved it. Great fun for adventurers. The cabin was even better in person than in pictures. We arrived Monday afternoon. We being my wife, my oldest son and his wife and their 10 month old son and my youngest son, and myself. We opened the door to the cabin and we were all excited to be sharing family time together in your cabin. I have been going to the area for 50 or so years. My wife and I went there on our honeymoon. We camped with the kids every summer, for 20 years, but haven't been there for the past 10 years and so missed it. We enjoyed everything about the cabin, but the views were a perfect 10. It was a great vacation.

Peggy I just want to say how much we enjoyed Cub House. We arrived wet and cold Saturday evening after a rainy day at Dollywood. The hot tub was wonderful. My husband and I staked a claim on the upstairs master suite and our daughter Amanda and my sister took the lower level bedrooms. On Sunday, our older daughter and her family, who were staying nearby, came over for lunch and to celebrate Mother's day. They were so envious when they saw the beautiful cabin. They were in a one bedroom cabin that was older and not as nicely furnished. They had gone up earlier in the week and had to leave for home on Sunday but we had a fun afternoon. We had a great rest of the week as well. The view from the decks is gorgeous and the weather cleared up so that we had a good amount of sunshine. My sister is ready to come back with her children this summer. She has two grown sons, one with two little ones, the other with one. Your cabin would be a perfect fit. I have given her all your contact information and I hope they work out something at a time you have openings. Having the pool table was a big plus and lots of fun. Your cabin is wonderful and we felt very much at home. It was such a fun way to celebrate Amanda's graduation. We hope to return in the near future. Debie Cox

We loved our stay there. The view was unbelievable. We could have just spent our entire vacation on the deck. We did go into the park several times on hikes and got to see 7 bears. We have had a foreign exchange student with us this year from Uruguay and he really enjoyed the cabin too. He was amazed at how big it was and the view too. We have told several of our friends about the cabin and they may be checking into renting it sometime. We would like to come down there again this summer perhaps. Your cabin was so AWESOME...the view from the decks was spectacular! We had a great 22nd anniversary celebration. We enjoyed the hot tub...great scenery during the day and night. The master bedrooms were very comfortable...we really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. The den and kitchen were very roomy. We enjoyed the gas fireplace the entire week. We took advantage of the well stocked kitchen and gas grill by cooking many of our meals. We also took advantage of the exercise bike. Thank you for letting us stay at your cabin!

Very easy to get to but far enough away from town that you have peace and quiet and the sky is dark enough to view the stars and darkened mountain range silhouette from the back deck in the fresh cool air from the hot tub. Not to mention the decorations in the house. Even as I was leaving I noticed more things that I hadn't noticed before and we had been there for days. plenty of kitchenware for the home cooked meals, even a hand crank can opener which other places I had stayed at before forgot to include. Cleaning up after yourself is not a chore, it's a pleasure in a house as beautiful as yours. We had a great 27th anniversary trip and plan to come back to your cabin again. We went to Cades Cove yesterday,,saw TONS of deer but not one bear. Maybe next year. We did have some raccoons visit frequently. Had a small chipmunk on the porch and a beaver in the wood outback. We had a wonderful time this past weekend. Mom and Dad went up Thursday evening late with my Bother in Law and Sister in Law. Thanks for allowing them to go on ahead. My husband and I met them there on Friday. The views from the back decks were just beautiful - we cold not believe all the snow! The cabin layout was perfect for us. Dad has trouble getting around sometimes and the bedroom on the main floor was wonderful for him. And of course we couples liked having our own space downstairs too. Everyone commented on how large all of the bathrooms were! We spent a lazy rainy day on Friday and then shopped til we dropped on Saturday. Just hated to leave on Sunday! Like I said, the space was perfect and we will definately keep your contact information for the future. We discovered that we need more time on our next trip because there is so much to do there. Like I said, the space was perfect and we will definately keep your contact information for the future. We discovered that we need more time on our next trip because there is so much to do there. This was our second stay at your wonderful cabin. We have enjoyed the lovely views at different seasons and the days in the mountains are always breathtaking. The cabin is perfect for relaxing. The views are awesome. I enjoy just relaxing on the deck with a good book, taking in the view and the clean mountain air--just waiting for a bird or another animal to come into my line of sight. The cabin has everything a person could possibly need to have a wonderful time. This is certainly one of the best rentals in Tennessee.

Great place to stay! Close to attractions but lots of privacy. Loved the amenities throughout this cabin get away. Loved the view and watching the sun come up every morning over the mountains.

What a wonderful peaceful place to stay. The view is spactacular with the double level deck with hotub. Everything was so clean and comfortable. The three bedrooms were not only spacious but gave us privacy and the luxury of our own jacuzy. Highly recommend this cozy place in the mountains.

Peggy, We had a wonderful time!!!! We wished we could of stayed longer. The cabin was awesome. We heard we actually missed the ice and snow this past week. But that's o.k. the babies are to small for all of that. Dollywood was a fun time. You have a beautiful cabin and we have told everyone how nice it was and would definitely recommend to all of our friends with big families.It will be a Christmas that we will always remember that we spent as a family.
