137 The Greens - This two-story villa overlooks the 7th tee of Shipyard Golf Course. Located within the private, gated Shipyard Plantation, this end-unit, private entry villa is completely furnished and a quick walk (5 minutes) or bike ride to the beautiful Shipyard beach. If you are attending a conference or meeting at The Crowne Plaza Hotel, you can walk there in about three minutes! The world-renowned Van Der Meer tennis center and Shipyard Racquet Club are directly across from The Greens. Parking and the community pool are just steps from the front door.
The first floor of our non-smoking villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, breakfast nook overlooking the private courtyard, dining room with seating for six, half-bath, and a large comfortable family room with access to the wrap-around deck. Upstairs is the large master bedroom with king-size bed, TV/DVD/VCR, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and private full bath. At the opposite end of the hall is the second full bath and guest room with two twin beds, Hi-Def Flat Screen TV, ceiling fan and closet. The laundry room with full-size washer and dryer is also located on this floor.
Because this villa is privately managed, you don't need to go to a rental agency office to pick up/drop off keys, gate passes, etc. You go directly to the villa and begin your vacation immediately!
