This 1.4 Million dollar home in Beaver Creek has vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, four bedrooms, three and a half baths, a heated two car garage, two decks, and expansive mountain views. The lodge boasts over 2800 square feet and up to three families can comfortably stay here. This home is located on a quiet street with parking for up to five cars.
This magnificent home is located in the gated community of Arrowhead, and has a professionally designed interior with brand new high end furnishings and appliances. All rooms have down comforters, down pillows, and plush Ralph Lauren towels. Other amenities include wireless high speed internet, a new gas grill, free long distance (US and Canada), and a business center with a computer, fax, printer and copier.
There is a community hot tub just 100 yards from the front door and plush robes and slippers are available for your use. Other amenities of Arrowhead include: a community heated pool (summer only), walking/hiking paths, a private fly-fishing stream, community tennis, 24 hour security, and more...
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, a leather chair and ottoman, a large private bath with two sinks, Jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower. Two rooms downstairs have queen-size beds, sitting areas or desks, and brand new flat screen TV's. The fourth bedroom is extra large and includes two bunk beds, two trundles, one queen-size bed, a desk, a TV, DVD player, Xbox, a private bath, and loads of games.
The great room, kitchen, business center, half bath and dining room all make up the large shared living space. The living space has vaulted ceilings with two story windows that look out on the Colorado mountains, a built in plasma flat screen TV over a gas fireplace, cable, a DVD player and a library of DVD’s, a beautiful hardwood dining table for eight, bar stools, and an antique liquor cabinet. This is a family friendly home with a baby gate, port-a-crib, and high chair.
Virtually ski-in/ski-out! Door to ski lift in five minutes via a FREE private Arrowhead shuttle. Call and within minutes you will be at the Arrowhead Village ski base where you can buy lift tickets, rent skis and begin your "Village-to-Village Ski Experience" between Arrowhead, Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek. It couldn't be easier; no walking, no carrying your skis from the parking lot and no hassle to world-class Colorado skiing.
