Moose Back Lodge is a million dollar home located in Beaver Creek and has vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, four bedrooms, three and a half baths, a heated two car garage, two decks, and expansive mountain views. The lodge boasts over 2800 square feet and up to three families can comfortably stay here. This home is located on a quiet street with parking for up to five cars.
This magnificent home is located in the gated community of Arrowhead which is part of the Beaver Creek Resort area. Arrrowhead has it's own mountain and ski lift area that gives skiers access to both the Beaver Creek mountain and Bachelor Gulch.
The home has a professionally designed interior with high end furnishings and appliances. All rooms have down comforters, down pillows, and plush cotton towels. Other amenities include wireless high speed internet, a gas grill, free long distance (US and Canada), and a business center with a computer, fax, printer and copier.
There is a community hot tub just 100 yards from the front door and plush robes and slippers are available for your use. Other amenities of Arrowhead include: a community heated pool (summer only), walking/hiking paths, a fly-fishing stream, community tennis, 24 hour security, and more...
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, a leather chair and ottoman, a large private bath with two sinks, Jacuzzi tub, seperate shower, and an extra large closet. Two rooms downstairs have queen-size beds, sitting areas or desks, and brand new flat screen TV's with cable. The fourth bedroom is extra large and includes two bunk beds, two trundles, one queen-size bed, a desk, a TV, DVD player, Xbox, a private bath with tub and shower, and loads of Xbox games.
The great room, kitchen, business center, half bath and dining room all make up the large shared living space. The living space has vaulted ceilings with two story windows that look out on the Colorado mountains, a built in plasma flat screen TV over a stone gas fireplace, cable, a DVD player and a library of DVD’s, a beautiful hardwood dining table for eight, bar stools, and an antique liquor cabinet. This is a family friendly home with a baby gate, port-a-crib, and high chair.
Virtually ski-in/ski-out! Door to ski lift in five minutes via a FREE private Arrowhead shuttle. Call and within minutes you will be at the Arrowhead Village ski base where you can buy lift tickets, rent skis and begin your "Village-to-Village Ski Experience" between Arrowhead, Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek. It couldn't be easier; no walking, no carrying your skis from the parking lot and no hassle to world-class Colorado skiing.

Why the Owner Chose Other Beaver Creek Properties
We purchased this home 4 years ago because we fell in love Beaver Creek and Arrowhead. We love to come here and ski during the winter and enjoy all the other outdoor activities during the summer months. It's so convenient to be able to call the shuttle at anytime, and ride it back and forth from the house to the lift. It makes it easy when someone forgets something or when you want to 'call it a day' but let the others continue to ski. And the fact that Arrrowhead community is private and gated makes us feel so comfortable knowing we are safe. The guards take great care of all the home owners and their guests. And Arrowhead is just a couple of miles from Edwards which is the absolute cutest town to browse interesting stores, and eat at authentically Colorado type restaurants.
The Unique Benefits at this House
In the summer we love to ride our bikes and go hiking. There are hundreds of great biking/hiking trails throughout Beaver Creek, Arrowhead and Vail. You can ride your bike down a trail right into Edwards and get a Starbucks or go shopping. The trail runs right along the creek and is just beautiful. Vail is just a 15 minute drive and there are always some great art festivals or concerts there or in Beaver Creek. Oh, and the rodeo!! Can't forget the rodeo!! All summer long once a week you can put on your boots and enjoy the rodeo right in Avon (5 minutes from the house). Our house backs up to a sledding mountain, so you can literally walk right out the back door and enjoy some great sledding. Not many places can boast a sledding mountain that close!
We have put a lot of love and care into our home. We like to think we have thought of everything a family or group of families could want. There are bikes, sleds, a fully stocked kitchen with gourmet appliances, lots of DVD's, and games.
