SOUTH SEAS BEACHFRONT CONDO
Enjoy Marco Island at it’s finest – beach side in our completely renovated and newly decorated (2005) beachfront condo. Situated on the north/west side of building #1 on the 15th floor, unobstructed views of the gulf, sunset, beach as well as a nice view of the island, can be enjoyed from our large balcony as well as master bedroom and living room.
Our master bedroom offers a king size bed from which you can enjoy the view directly out your slider onto the balcony. Just redecorated and appointed in 2005 everything is in wonderful shape and condition. New custom paint palette in 2008 compliments the fresh decor and furniture. There is television/cable in the master bedroom. Internet connection is provided as well. The private master bath was also renovated in 2005.
The guest bedroom with two twin beds and large closet has also been redecorated in 2005 for your enjoyment. There is a storage area on the same floor of the condo for your beach toys and chairs.
The living room/dining area is spacious offering wonderful water, beach, and sunset views. Large flat screen television – brand new in 2005 – music system for your listening pleasure as well. Brand new and well appointed kitchen (2005 renovation) is bright and airy with breakfast bar for those fast meals on the way down to the pool and beach.
South Seas offers both the beach and the gulf for fishing/boating. There is a beach path directly out the front door of the building making this building the most beach accessible of all the South Seas buildings. If tennis is your game there are fantastic courts for your pleasure. If fishing and boating is more your speed, there are slips to rent at your disposal.
The gated community of South Seas is a 55-acre, beautifully landscaped and maintained vacation retreat. The South Seas beaches are very quiet, safe and private. Not to mention your stay in this island paradise.
Enjoy shelling, dolphin watching while walking the three and one-half mile white, crescent beach. Marco Island hosts one of the most beautiful beaches in the state of Florida.
Marco Island enjoys a sea breeze making Marco ten degrees cooler than the mainland during the summer months. Why not enjoy a getaway in paradise at reduced rates, shorter lines with just as many wonderful attractions available as there are in the winter.

Why the Owner Chose Seaview
We decided to purchase our own vacation home in Marco and loved it so much bought another investment property. The environment is upscale - the folks are very friendly- the island is more residential less busy than other florida resort communities yet a short drive to golf and busy shopping centers. Although there are some super shops on the island to enjoy as well as fun dining. Boating of course is wonderful as are the wide open beaches.
