Brand new, three bedroom, 1st floor Golf Villa located just three miles from Bethany Beach, ten miles from Rehoboth Beach with its tax free Shopping Outlets, and just ten miles from the fun, games, and wonderful resturaunts in Ocean City, Maryland.

Our home has three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, balcony, 24 inch TV, DVD, tub, and seperate shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a 20 inch TV. The third bedroom has two full beds and a 20 inch TV. Full Kitchen overlooks large living room, which includes reclinable Microfiber loveseat, matching queen-size sleeper sofa, fireplace, 32 inch TV and DVD. Kitchen table sits eight comfortably. Patio table sits six and includes two lounge chairs. Villa comes with DVD movies and board games for both kids and adults to enjoy.

This lovely condo is located right across from outdoor pool, my kids could stay while I prepared for :: rest of the day, so convienant. So nicely decorated, no stairs which is nice and plenty of games and movies available. Shuttle to beach also right outside and air conditioned :) the kitchen is fully stocked, my kids loved the reclining chairs. We just love the entire community so family friendly can't wait to come back. Favorite part was coming home from beach, kids jumped in pooled, showered at pool, I got lunch/ dinner ready and kids came home clean.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway.
