Located Downtown San Diego on the fourth floor corner unit, our condo border's the Gaslamp District and Marina District, across the street from Ralph's grocery store, 1 block from Horton Plaza.
Enjoy a comfortable walk to almost anywhere: Sea Port Village, Convention Center (two blocks), Petco Ballpark and many shops, markets, restaurants, theaters and museums. For your convenience, Ralph's grocery store is directly across the street, offering a full deli and bakery.
The San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park are just two miles away; Sea World, and Coronodo Island are just ten minutes away. Two parking spaces are included in an enclosed parking garage and a private fitness room is also available.
The two bedrooms feature queen size beds, alarm clocks and large closets. The den comes with a queen size futon, desk with high speed internet connection and fax machine.
The living room offers a wide screen TV with cable, sound system and leather furniture. The couch converts to a queen size sofa bed.
The guest bathroom has a shower/tub and the master bathroom has a separate shower and a large sunken tub for bathing. There are two balconies, one off the master bedroom, the other off the living room, both with views.

You couldn't ask for a better location. Right in the Gaslamp district next to a Market/Starbucks/Horton Plaza/Petco Stadium/Convention Center. On the same block is Cafe 222 where they serve the Banana and Peanut butter french toast which Bobby Flay recommended on "The best food I ever ate". The condo itself was very spacious and clean...can fit 8 (2 bedrooms, a large futon and a couch bed). We loved it there. Also has 2 spaces in the garage for parkingRecommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

Our family (two grandparents, two parents, two children) were in San Diego to attend a convention and chose this condo to stay six nights in November, 2011. We were delighted with the accommodations, price and close proximity to both the convention center and Ralph's Supermarket. The listing description is accurate, the property was clean and there were more than the usual supplies left in the condo like paper towels, bags, soaps and cleaning materials so we really only had to purchase the food we needed when eating in. The parking garage for our rental car was a real convenience. This area is loaded with good restaurants. Instructions for coming into the condo, the wi-fi use and departure were all quite clear.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

What a wonderful condo. So tastefully decorated. It is so close to everything; 1 block from the convention center and right in the middle of the Gaslamp district. Having Von's right across the street is great, and Horton Plaza for shopping just 2 short blocks away. We have stayed with you numerous times and will be back again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
