Enjoy the beautiful beaches of Panama City Beach from the balcony of this spacious first floor condo. 60 feet of ocean front views from both bedrooms and also the living room.
1400 square feet makes Sea Chase one of the largest condos on the beach. Lots of closet space, two large bathrooms. New tile throughout makes this a very clean, bright condo.
The kitchen is fully equipped and linens and towels are provided. All new linens, towels and comforters May 2009.
New kitchen applicances in 2008, new a/c unit 2008.
The large master bedroom has a king size bed and charming sitting area, huge closet and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, even larger closet plus private bathroom. The sofas in the pictures have been replaced by a nice new leather sectional in May 2011, no sleeper sofas now but the sectional plus a large ottoman makes a nice bed, lots of space to relax in.
Each room has a TV with cable and the livingroom has a new 37" LCD TV, with DVD player. Wi-fi internet connection is available, connection details are in the condo. Cell phone reception is good.
For dining there is a large glass top table to seat six plus 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar. The patio has 4 comfortable chairs and two small tables for drinks etc.
Soak up the atmosphere of the beach in this uniquely decorated home, bright colors and a tropical ambiance will bring the ocean inside. Lots of interesting decorations make this a unique unit, dont settle for the ordinary!
The convenient first floor location make trips down to the beach a breeze, and a quick siesta very inviting.

We really enjoyed the condo at Seachase. It was nicely decorated and the view of the beach and ocean were beautiful. The condo was very spacious which we really liked.Seachase is close enough to all the resteraunts and entertainment but not right in the middle of all the traffic. Very close to Pier Park and enjoyed the shopping there. The pool is small but has a nice deck area around and was not crowded at all. Would stay there again.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The beach was beautiful and never crowded. The condo itself was perfect for our family, plenty of room and it had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. The pictures on the website are just as advertised except for the new leather sectional in the living room and it is great for napping. Thanks Denise for a great getaway.

My sister and I took our 82 year old Mom on Sept. 15th for a week of relaxation and fun. We had a great time. This condo was perfect for us. It was great having two large bedrooms and baths. The view from the first floor was great. The description of the condo is accurate. The beach and pool was never crowded. We liked the smaller atmosphere it is not like the big high rises you just have more privacy and getting around is so much easier. We are looking forward to going back.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful property during the middle of July. I had never booked a room by going through the VRBO rental and Denise made it a simple and easy experience. This condo on the first floor was spacious and easy to get to with children. The room was decorated wonderfully! It was a quiet place to stay but close enough to Pier Park and other things not to get bored if you wanted to get out and experience other things about PCB. There was an ocean view out of both bedrooms! It was nice to set on the balcony at night and hear the waves crashing into the beach! The property was clean and well-maintained. The most important thing for us was Denise gave us her number and answered every question about the stay in an honest and accurate way! We will definitely will book this place again and tell our friends what a great place it is to stay! God Bless! God Is Good!

We stayed in the condo June 2010. The owner is wonderful to deal with and was very friendly. We had to change our dates twice due to my husbands work. She was very nice about my need to change our dates. Condo review: This is an older condo but was very clean. We loved the large windows in the living room and the free internet access. Very comfortable couch. Also, the bedrooms and closets were huge. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo. We had 2 teenage girls with us that were thrilled that they could shut themselves off on their end of the condo (it had a door as you left the dining room then their bathroom on the left then their bedroom door). We never heard their giggling. The condo had a great view of the beach and the beach was never crowded. We have stayed in the larger condo complexes before and did not go near the beach due to over crowding. Not a problem with this condo. The pool, although small, was never crowded. The teenagers really enjoyed the deep pool. If you have young children there is not a shallow end so bring swimmies. We never had a wait at the elevator either. If you are looking for a quiet place out of the busy area and do not mind an older condo then this condo is a good choice. If you prefer a condo that has all new finishes this is not the place for you. Hope this review helps. The only thing we wish was changed was the balcony furniture. It looked like it was rusty so we were afraid to sit on it since rust will not come out of clothes. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo at Seachase. It was very nicely decorated and had a beautiful view of the beach and ocean.The condo was very spacious which we really liked.Seachase is close enough to all the resteraunts and entertainment but not right in the middle of all the traffic so that you could easily access the back beach road and avoid any congestion.We will definitely stay here again.

This is the first vacation we have had in three years and we had a blast! The condo was just like being at home. Everything we needed was provided. The beds were comfortable and the view was gorgeous. Our family had a great time at the beach and the pool. We enjoyed our "home away from home". We will definitely be back next summer!
