Located right on the water's edge of beautiful Lake Sammamish, hidden far from the main road on a secluded lane is this cozy and comfortable beach cottage.

This is a great place to unwind and enjoy the awesome relaxation the waterfront lifestyle has to offer while enjoying the outdoor activities available on Lake Sammamish. World famous for its waterskiing and wake boarding, Lake Sammamish is 25 miles of shoreline nestled below the Cascade Mountains and bordered by the Seattle suburbs of Bellevue, Redmond (Microsoft), and Issaquah.

This 60-foot beachfront property has an expansive and spectacular 180-degree view of the lake. Its perfect sunny southwest exposure looks out over the lake and beyond that the Cascade Mountains and the Issaquah Alps.

Lake Sammamish is approximately 15 miles east of Seattle. It is very popular for all types of water sports including waterskiing, wakeboarding, canoeing, kayaking, boating, and swimming. There is a boat launch located on the south side of the lake and the home features a beautiful rebuilt dock with a boat slip to moor your boat.

From the moment you step into the entryway, the lake is beckoning through a glass door to the lakeside of the house. The glass door leads to the wrap around deck for entertaining or lounging. There is a gas grill so you can barbeque your locally purchased fresh seafood.

To the right of the entry is a spacious bedroom with en suite bathroom with a stunning view! Ceiling fans are in this bedroom wing. In addition to the queen-size bed there is a nice sitting area with an additional pull-out sofa for children or another adult.

To the left of the entry is a generous-sized living room with a queen-size memory foam sleeper sofa. There is an additional full bathroom with washer and dryer. The dining room adjoins the living room. There is also a 42" HDTV home theater setup and a computer with WiFi.

The cheerful kitchen contains the full amenities including dishwasher and microwave. The adjoining breakfast counter/lakeside sitting room is graced with a window wall that brings the lake to your side. A slider leads to the lakeside deck that wraps the main living area and of course grabs the fabulous front row seat views.

Not only is this paradise home in a great location on Lake Sammamish, it is also conveniently located 20 minutes from downtown Seattle, 20 minutes from the beautiful Snoqualmie Falls, 40 minutes from the Cascade Mountains for either hiking in the spring and summer or fabulous snow skiing in the winter, and 60 minutes from Mount Rainier. This is a perfect place whether you want to take advantage of all the outdoor activities available in the area (including boating, hiking, biking, golfing), sightseeing, or if you just want to relax and unwind and take in the spectacular views.

There are even occasional sightings of blue herons and bald eagles!
