We were captivated by the quiet beauty of the desert, its majestic mountains, glorious sunrises and sunsets and breathtaking scenery. We take our dog, Bogart, on long walks, enjoy sunny days and starlit nights with La Quinta’s near perfect weather, and stroll over to the historic La Quinta Resort’s world class restaurants, shops, and spa.
The Unique Benefits at this HouseWe take our morning coffee out to the patio facing the 10th fairway, enjoy the sunshine, the views and watching the morning golfers on the La Quinta Resort’s famed Mountain Golf Course. The sunny open floorplan of this golf course home lends itself to relaxed entertaining in the large living area inside or grilling out on the patio. The inner private courtyard has its own spa, where you can look up to enjoy the starlit nights, while luxuriating in the spa. If you just relax around the house, there is a living room plasma tv, tvs in bedrooms, computer and wifi. You can walk ½ block to a large shared heated pool/spa. Everyone has their own bedroom with private bath, and there is a separate casita (a queen bedroom suite) across the courtyard, a great setup for guests. We had the opportunity to spend time at Casa Bonita--and it is a beautiful home. Each room felt so elegant and yet really comfortable. All amentities were there. We arrived after a long drive and relaxed in the spa. A computer was all set up so that we could and did go online. The view was stunning. I slept feeling like a princess. In the morning we ambled down to the Country Club for breakfast. I most highly recommend this vacation home.

This home is lovely and well appointed. It is comfortable and quiet.. It was immaculately kept.The amenities are perfect. This place had all we needed to enjoy our stay in the desert. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need if you enjoy cooking and entertaining. I will definitely come back and stay here. Highly recommended.

I just wanted to tell you that my family truly enjoyed our get together at your house in La Quinta last weekend. My parents and sister came down from Sonoma, me and mine from Los Gatos, and my brother and wife from Scottsdale ( he rented a place at the resort, though.) The house was beautiful and comfortable. We loved it. It was great for our dog, Ella, who we were able to walk on the course early in the morning and at dusk I was playing in a National 50’s women’s tennis tournament with my team who stayed at The Enclave in a house owned by one of our team members. After they saw where I was staying they asked for the VRBO No. in case they wanted to come back to La Quinta for a vacation. They loved it as much as I did. Thanks again! -- Lynn

We wanted to stay in La Quinta, but not in a cramped hotel room, so this home worked out perfectly for our group. Everyone had their own bedroom suite and tv, there was a big kitchen as well as the outside grill for cooking. We enjoyed the private spa and just relaxing on the second patio facing the golf course where we had many of our meals. We walked over to the resort restaurants and played golf at the Mountain course, and I even had a luxurious afternoon at the spa. The wifi and computer was appreciated, the house was clean and well maintained. The property manager was very helpful when we needed anything. We hope to return again!!

We have rented this home several times and really enjoy the bright open floorplan w/ views to the golf course. It is nicely decorated, crisp, and clean and has everything we need, computer, wi fi, TVs in all bedrooms, big screen TV in the living room, great patio facing the fairway, where we like to barbeque and relax. All of the resort’s facilities are a short walk away (golf, spa, restaurants, etc). We will return for our annual visit.

Arrived with my family, walked into this lovely home, w/ views out to the golf course, went out to the patio, turned on the grill, and started our holiday! One couple stayed in the separate casita, and we and the kids stayed in the main house. Really enjoyed the private outdoor spa (under the stars) at night. The manager checked us in and helped us plan activities and schedule golf. We liked the big screen TV w/ lots of channels, computer, wi fi, and the easy walk to the shared pools and tennis crts nearby, and the resort restaurants. And BEST of all, a lovely home for the cost of staying at a hotel!

I stayed at the Casa Bonita over an October weekend. It was amazing. The rooms were incredible both in comfort and amenities. I slept really well. The jacuzzi in the foyer was a lot of fun and very relaxing. The spectacular mountain vistas would take anyone's breath away. The kitchen was immaculate with all the necessary items. The luxurious living room area made it easy to spend time there. I was also able to bring my dog which is a privilege and a pleasure since finding pet friendly places is hard to find. Its right next to the golf course and everything was wonderful. I highly recommend it and hope to stay there again.
