Beautiful, new home with great, natural area, open space views. Twenty-two hundred nineteen square feet, our non-smoking home is located on a quiet street in Dove Valley Ranch. This home is beautifully decorated and has everything you may want or need for your great stay in beautiful Cave Creek - heated pool, gas grill, cable TV, golf course in walking distance, view of mountains and Saguaro cacti, sunset views from the master bedroom balcony, desert walking area right behind the house, AND bi-monthly maid service.
The house has a bedroom and full bathroom downstairs, and two other bedrooms, master bedroom with walking closet and master bath upstairs. In addition, upstairs there is a loft/office open to the downstairs living room. The master bedroom has a balcony from where you can see the beautiful sunset and air balloons.
The downstairs area features an open living room and dining room and a great room with beautiful ceramic tiles, family room and eat-in, fully-equipped kitchen.
Outside you can enjoy an extended covered patio and a pebble-tec pool with a waterfall and jets to relax you after golf, shopping, desert hiking, or what ever else you may do in the beautiful Scottsdale/Cave Creek area.

Anything over $100 Gas Charge in the Winter (due to pool heating).
Anything over $150 Electricity Charge in the Summer.
Cleaning Deposit $600; out of that $500 is fully refunded if no damage found.
