Our guest house can be rented as one unit with 2 queen-size bedrooms, or as a single unit with one queen bed room with additional sleeping areas. Both units are filled with all the luxury and amenities one could want, even an espresso maker and hot tub. We allow dogs too! We have a doggie door to a six-foot tall kennel run out of one of the units.
Additional sleeping areas include two queen-size pull out, and a loft that will sleep two.
We are at the end of a secluded road on 40 acres of mixed forest. We have ingress to state land that leads to national forest. Four miles to Williams Fork reservoir and under ten miles to several "Gold Medal Rivers," under one hour to six other lakes. Lodging is trailer friendly parking for your toys, or rentals.
We can help you get set up with guides, horses, ATVs. You name it! We can also offer customized stays, such as meals prepared; perhaps your catch of that day? Assist in getting your game processed or mount to the taxidermist.

My wife, her sister and myself were looking for some relaxing downtime away from civilization when we booked the Byars Peak suite. We were more than pleased with the accomadations as everything was perfect from the way its decorated and furnished to how well its maintained and cleaned. We went horseback riding and to RMNP only to return to meals made in the crock pot, thanks to a fully stocked kitchen! Dale the consumate host makes homemade breads,has farm fresh eggs, and makes the best cinnamon rolls I have ever eaten. We were all depressed when we left even though we were on our way to a log cabin in the Black Hills. This place is awesome!

The views were unbelievable! Never seen so many stars in all my life. Forgot the Milky Way was there. Did not hear a vehicle, honk of a horn or any outside noises. The house was very comfortable and we enjoyed the hummingbirds. Will definitely come back!

Thanks for the wonderful location and amenities. The views, hot tub under the open sky and wonderful sleeping were the highlights. Jasmine, a chocolate lab, had an amazing time hiking and retrieving her favorite new stick.

"Great view of the Milky Way from the hot tub. The perfect get away for us. Enjoyed the beautiful veiw. The guest house is so warm & cozy ... a real treat & we liked being able to responsibly share it with our pet "Nikki."
