My wife, her sister and myself were looking for some relaxing downtime away from civilization when we booked the Byars Peak suite. We were more than pleased with the accomadations as everything was perfect from the way its decorated and furnished to how well its maintained and cleaned. We went horseback riding and to RMNP only to return to meals made in the crock pot, thanks to a fully stocked kitchen! Dale the consumate host makes homemade breads,has farm fresh eggs, and makes the best cinnamon rolls I have ever eaten. We were all depressed when we left even though we were on our way to a log cabin in the Black Hills. This place is awesome!

Unbelievable Views

The views were unbelievable! Never seen so many stars in all my life. Forgot the Milky Way was there. Did not hear a vehicle, honk of a horn or any outside noises. The house was very comfortable and we enjoyed the hummingbirds. Will definitely come back!

Thanks for the wonderful location and amenities. The views, hot tub under the open sky and wonderful sleeping were the highlights. Jasmine, a chocolate lab, had an amazing time hiking and retrieving her favorite new stick.

"Great view of the Milky Way from the hot tub. The perfect get away for us. Enjoyed the beautiful veiw. The guest house is so warm & cozy ... a real treat & we liked being able to responsibly share it with our pet "Nikki."

Our 2 day stay was wonderful. Dale & Greg are the best and we will be back in the spring. We saw tons of Mule deer and even some skunk. The water is always hot and the views breath taking. We even got engaged while we were here!

The BEST Colorado vacation me and madison have ever been on! It was meant to be a lone vigil but I simply had to share it with at least a couple of close freinds. If we had it our way and the resources, Madison and I would have to stay at least another week. Thanks a gazillion for everything! P.S. Madison loved the treats! Thank you!
