Gorgeous, ocean views of the Atlantic Coast from this brand-new, three-bedroom, two-and-one-half bath condominium at Surf Club III in Palm Coast, Florida. Palm Coast is a relatively new community in North Florida located 20 minutes south of historic St. Augustine and 30 minutes north of Daytona Beach. This community has something for everyone.
For the beach lovers, you are steps away from the Atlantic Ocean. The complex has a beautiful common area with an oceanfront heated pool and jacuzzi, a sanded play area for children to enjoy, and an area to have lunch and dinner poolside, with grills, tables, and chairs. Golfers will be delighted with amazing courses designed by Palmer and Nicklaus that are only 15 minutes away. Those who love the outdoors and nature will enjoy hiking and biking along the trails that weave along the coast, visiting the Washington Oaks State Gardens (a natural preserve), boating on the intercostal waterway, visiting Marineland, and so much more. For the history buff, you are 20 minutes from the oldest city in the country, St. Augustine.
Many excellent restaurants are in the small town of Palm Coast, St. Augustine, and the Daytona area. Disney World, Universal, and other Orlando park attractions are just 1 1/2 hours away. A perfect day trip!
Surf Club is a private, gated community with a gorgeous oceanfront pool, a clubhouse, tennis courts, volleyball court, a full fitness center, marina, 150 acres of natural preserve on the intercostal with a walking/biking trail, and dock with day slips.
Our villa is brand new and beautifully decorated. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and two large windows with gorgeous views of the ocean. There is a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. The living area extends onto a private balcony. The dining area seats six at the table, and there are three barstools for additional seating. The unit has two televisions, cable, a fully-stocked kitchen, and linens are provided. The complex is gated, private, and has underground parking. Our unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer.
