You will love lounging in this spacious home while watching the golfers.5-7 minute walk to beach or drive the Golf Cart & BE ON THE BEACH IN minutes!! Olympic Pool with outside bar overlooking the ocean and the best restaurant on the island are a quick 5-7 minute walk or drive the golf cart!After a day of swimming and golfing, drive around the island in our golf cart and watch the deer grazing everywhere.(pls do not feed deer-heavy penalties.)The Ocean Pt Club House is a leisurely stroll from the house.Note: Located on widest part of beach.Sandy beaches 24 hrs a day-(NOT on the south end of beach where erosion has washed beach away.NOT at Creekside where there is no beach just marsh)Amenity Cards available 4 u to buy.Use all Club facilities.Send children to Camp Fripp.11 Pools,2 award winning golf courses,several restaurants,10 tennis courts.Marina with daily boat rides-Dolphin,Shelling & Sunset cruises;kayak,wave runners & scooter rentals.We have Golf CART & BEACH BICYCLES for your use!

This is a renovated, one level home with absolutely no stairs. Walk directly outside. Bright and All oversized rooms, cathedral ceilings, new interior/exterior paint. "Cooks" kitchen has island with pendant lighting,lots of counter space,and large, eat-in area.

Fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher,microwave,wide oven,refrigerator with ice maker, appliances, pots (lobster and crab pots,gumbo sized pots)and pans,Weber charcoal grill. Separate laundry room. Rear hallway to Two car garage. The Eat In Area of the kitchen easily sits 6 people.Don't be surprised to have a family of deer or a Wood Stork, outside the glass doors, join you for breakfast.

The Master bedroom has a large, walk in closet, private bath and private patio overlooking golf course. Oversized, Secondary bedroom has wall of glass opening to front yard with lovely, grand old oak tree draped in moss and surrounded by azaleas. The bedrooms are separated by the den and dining room.
Den with fireplace opens to dining room, estimate 35-40 feet in length and quite wide. Den has new couch with Queen size sleeper sofa, another area has a twin bed/day bed.

Entire rear of house glassed for viewing sixth fairway, gorgeous Palmetto trees, abundant wildlife and birds. White-tail deer seen daily from the house. Patio access from the den and dinning room to rear patio.This is not a condo.

Outdoor shower built for privacy.The outdoor shower is used almost year round because the weather is so favorable. Enjoy the outdoor shower as a change of pace to the indoor shower. Use the Patio for enjoying cocktails,sunbathing or gathering for an evening of bar-b-que grilling.

Amenities	Air Conditioning: Zoned systems offer true comfort. Each bedroom is in a different zone. Washer: Waher is included. Dryer: Dryer is included. Linens Provided: Please bring your own beach towels. Household bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths are provided but are not allowed outside the house. If you have an infant, you may want to bring extra wash cloths. Garage: Large 2 car garage plus room to park golf club. Separate Door to access outside. Garage leads into Mud Room and then kitchen - no stairs. Don't let your car's engine get covered with sea salt, protect your car in the cool garage. Comfortable to get into a nice cool car instead of sitting on burning hot seats. Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: Boat and Trailer may fit into garage. For RV/Boat or Trailer, please consult with owners for permission to obtain proper parking as the Fripp Home Owner's Association has specific rules regarding parking these vehichles. Gas Fireplace: Fireplace in Family Room but have disconected gas logs as they were never used.

Entertainment	Cable/Satellite TV DVD VCR Video Library: Probably 50+ videos and currently building a CD/DVD movie ibrary for our guests to use. Not but 5 or 6 children's videos; a good many family videos. Some videos have violence and would be for adults such as Departed and other crime dramas. The videos may be accessed by key in envelope. When envelope is opened, upon the guest vacating our home, the videos and CD/DVDs are counted. Much the same way a guest refrigerator is controlled in a hotel room. Movie usage is free but any missing movies will be charged to the tenant and deducted from the damage deposit. CD Player Stereo System Private Hot Tub: No hot tub, but wonderful OUTDOOR SHOWER is provided. If you don't know the joy of showering outside on a beautiful day, you are in for a real treat. Shower is private and has an adjoing changing room. Use day or night as the entire yard is landscaped with outdoor lights. Once you shower outdoors, you will probably never shower inside the house again. Hot and cold water, bring your shampoo and soap and enjoy! Shower off outside when you return from the beach & wash the sand right out of your bathing suits. Wrap your beach towel around you and you have a path directly into the house (path is very short - maybe ten stepping stones. Live in a house free of sand - leave the sand outside.
Kitchen	Full Kitchen: Wonderfully large kitchen with tons of cabinets and counter space. Large center island. Good supply of pots and pans. Eat In area of the kitchen has a table for 6. Glass Doors overlook a patio. You will be entertained by the deer who come to the window view at dusk and eat the wild vegetation. (no feeding deer - serious fines) Cooking Utensils Provided: We have a standard set of pots and pans; we have large pots to cook crabs and shrimp or to make a good Frogmore Stew. We bake a lot at Christmas and have cake pans, cookie molds, etc. We cook and have everything we need. Microwave, toaster oven, extra wide oven and an electric smooth cooktop. An outdoor Weber, charcoal grill. Refrigerator: A side by side refrigerator/freezer. Please remove everything fro the refrigerator when you leave. When you arrive, you will have a clean, empty refrigerator. Ice-maker. Dishwasher Microwave Ice Maker

Suitability	No Pets Allowed Wheelchair Accessible Minimum Age Limit for Renters Smoking Not Allowed: Home Owner has severe asthma. Please do not smoke. Smokers will loose their damage deposit and will be liable for having the home professionally cleaned of the smoke as well as any medical bills incurred. This home has never allowed smokers since it was built. Please do not fudge on this rule - standing outside the sliding glass door and letting the smoke come into the house is unacceptable. This is a strict rule as my asthma is a serious health condition that I have had to be hospitalized for. My lungs will tell me, when I walk through the house after you vacate, whether or not a single cigarette has been smoked. I walk the house after each renter to determine status of damage Deposit.
