A winding lane leads to this lovely home situated high on the bluff of Tom Nevers with commanding panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and private beach. This smoke-free home has everything you need to relax and enjoy your Nantucket vacation. Every room of this exquisite oceanfront home offers breathtaking ocean views. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean from the first floor, wraparound porch.
Galley-style kitchen with open floor plan and casual dining area flow into a comfortable and charming living room with a fireplace. This home is inviting and relaxing, tastefully furnished in the Nantucket style with fine appointments. On the first floor is the master bedroom and a large den with a queen-size sofa bed. On the second floor is a unique oak gallery furnished with many maritime antiques and paintings. Leading from the gallery through French doors is an eight-foot by 25-foot deck, that offers 180-degree unobstructed coastline views, which makes for a perfect place to entertain. Two second-floor, spacious bedrooms with private baths, private balconies, twin beds, and two rollaway cots.
Outdoors, there is a large, grass yard tastefully landscaped with hydrangeas, beach grass, stone walkways, and privet hedge. Wonderful outdoor shower. Private stairs lead over bluff down to miles of private pristine beach. Pack your suitcase and get ready for some island fun!
