WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF TRANSITIONING THIS RENTAL HOME TO A NEW PROPERTY MANAGER, AND THEREFORE ARE NO LONGER TAKING RESERVATIONS

This updated one bedroom condo is the perfect property to make the most of what Breckenridge has to offer in both the winter and summer. Located on the 4 O'clock ski run, conveniently situated between Peaks 8 & 9. Features include a full kitchen and bathroom as well as sliding doors out to a small patio area with views to the south.

Ski in and ski out access is very convenient from this Breckenridge ski home. Simply cross the street to the Four O'Clock ski run and click into your skis or snowboard. Ski down to the Snowflake Lift where you cross over and get on the chair with easy access to Peak 8 or 9. When your day on the slopes is over follow the ski trail signs back to the Four O'Clock ski run and slide home.

Ideally suited for a couple or family with 1 or 2 children, the unit is well equipped for cooking and relaxing whilst on your mountain getaway. Cosy up to the fireplace on a chilly winter evening whilst you watch the powder pile up outside on the patio, or unwind in the indoor/outdoor hot tubs a short walk down the hill.

Located a short 5 minute drive from the Breckenridge Main St, the restaurants, bars and shops are never far away. When you feel the urge to leave your mountain home, enjoy all the charm and ambiance of the historic downtown district of Breckenridge.

PLEASE NOTE: The condo is a lower level walk-out condo with patio, that is accessed by a full flight of stairs down from the entrance/ parking level. The home sits across from the 4 O'clock run, and the Snowflake lift. Early and late snow conditions determine if the condo is ski in/out - poor conditions early or late may mean the run is closed / the Snowflake lift is not running.

Lovely well maintained condo

The owner supplied a generous amount of basic supplies, the condo furnishings were new and in great condition, the location is perfect for our party of 2. The owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns. We would rent again from them anytime.

Great place to stay right on 4 o'clock run

Condo was very clean and everything was well maintained. Great location with a very nice view. Short walk to the Snowflake lift or you can ski down to the lift as well. Great host good communication.

Enjoyed this condo for a week of skiing at Breck. Wonderful 1-BR 1-BA has a small footprint but is well laid out. Best stocked condo kitchen we ever encountered. In addition to normal appliances had a crockpot, blender, numerous utensils, pots, pans, spices, and condiments. Very comfortable bed but pillows were too soft for our liking. Washer-dryer in unit were used and greatly appreciated. Labeled as ski-in and ski-out, but there is a minor amount of walking in both directions. Didn't see fox others reported but we were visited by two moose one evening. Overall we would return.
