Literally 20 feet from the waters of picturesque Mosquito Harbor, this tastefully decorated, cozy cottage includes two acres of fields where colorful lupines bloom in the spring and the scent of wild roses permeates the air all summer long.

Laze away the afternoon gazing at the sailboats and ships off shore or launch your own kayak and explore the beauty of the harbor and the open ocean beyond.

beautiful sand beach is located just a mile's walk away, or bring along your bike and ride on country roads to Marshall Point Lighthouse (featured in Forest Gump) for spectacular views of the outlying islands. Snuggle up on the comfy couch with a book (many provided) in front of the fireplace.

Enjoy the large yard equipped with lots of lawn furniture and a crochet set. Cook local lobsters, clams, and oysters and have a picnic by the shore - picnic basket and blanket included.
