This Saunders Lake vacation rental is a beautifully furnished, four bedroom, three full bath home which has over 2000 square feet of spacious living and includes a game room with custom pool table for family entertainment and large two car garage for storing ATVs, vehicles and other toys.
Location, Location, Location, This property is perfectly situated bordering the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area with dune access and along the shores of beautiful Saunders Lake. ATV enthusiasts, fishermen, kayakers, and just about anyone visiting the area for its many attractions will find the accommodations unbelievable. Centrally located along the Oregon Coast, you are just a short scenic drive from places like Charleston, Coos Bay, Ten Mile Lake, Winchester Bay, and many other coastal destinations.
ATV riders will enjoy miles and miles of riding fun from Horsefall to Spinreel (including Boxcar Hill!). Ride your ATV right out of the large two car garage and onto the sand dunes with a choice of two dune access roads less than one tenth of a mile away. ATV rentals are also available at many nearby locations. Other local activities include golf, deep-sea, lake, or river fishing, crabbing, surfing, boating, water-skiing, whale watching, motorcycling, horseback riding, snorkeling, diving, shopping, casino, and many others. Boat rentals are also available at Tenmile Lake which is the areas most popular recreational lake just minutes away.
All four bedrooms are newly furnished and each offer its own comfort and style that easily sleeps eight to ten people. A large fully-equipped kitchen with center island opens into the large dining and family rooms which creates an open great room feel for family togetherness. With the exception of one bedroom, all the bedrooms and living spaces have a beautiful veiw of the lake. Great for large families, groups, or family reunions.
Relax and enjoy the lake views from up above on the large wrap around covered deck with tables, chairs, and barbecue, or from down below on the large covered patio with benches and picnic tables. Also, do not forget to try your luck fishing for trout, catfish, perch and bass right from the lower deck which is built right to the waters edge with handrail. Saunders Lake is periodically stocked with fish.

This was the 6th time we have rented this house in the past 8 years. We have had several family reunions, one year we did a after Christmas family Christmas. It is a comfortable home and the location if you like to play outdoors can not be beat. You can fish from the back deck or take your quads and do a sunset ride to the beach.....Wonderful place to spend family time...
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.
