We appreciate what it takes to make it out to Nantucket and especially in these times, we all deserve a break. A few prime July and August dates are still open at a very reasonable Nantucket price. We typically rent from Monday to Monday, making it a lot easier to get an auto reservation.
The house is in a quiet neighborhood near the end of a sandy lane, close to bike paths and many other attractions. Siasconset or Madaket, north shore or south shore, town center or Ram pasture, the distance is about the same - center island has its charm and convenience!
This home has an open living, dining, and kitchen area with just the right size to offer plenty of space and not miss a thing. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms (one with a queen and one with two twins) plus a full bath with tub. The upstairs has a large bedroom, two twins, a day bed and a full bath with shower. We provide freshly washed linens.
Play frisbee in the nice sized yard or just relax on the terrace listening to the call of pheasants or reading your favorite book. Enjoy an outdoor warm shower, great for getting salt and sand off swimmers.
We welcome one dog during your rental bearing in mind that Nantucket requires that all dogs be on a leash at all times. Nantucket is a dog-lover's paradise – there are many wonderful conservation areas to roam.

Why the Owner Chose Nantucket
After decades of Nantucket house renting experience, some close to the beach, others in town, we found the perfect balance of size, location and price in center island. We avoid the in town traffic and happily use the money savings on other pleasures.
The Unique Benefits at this Charming Cape Home
The wildlife is abundant with deer, rabbits and pheasants roaming around the front yard. The stars are uninterupted with light. It is peaceful and relaxing without being too far away.
We enjoy steak and lobster barbecues on the back deck and a good game of badmitton in the front yard.
For families with small chidlren and a 4 wheel drive - this is the place to blend with the locals.
Few people know the oldest house actually lies out in Siasconset but this one is the commercial one where tours are available

My father first introduced me to Nantucket growing up in the 1950's where we spent the majority of summer vacations visiting the ole grey lady. Not only does Nantucket hold a special place in my heart and childhood memory but also with my children and grandchildren as well.
