This two level townhouse condominium is located adjacent to the La Quinta Resort and Club and the La Quinta Hotel's elegant shops and fine restaurants. Room service is available from the hotel's gourmet catering kitchen. This newly decorated with a movie theme, reminiscent of Hollywood's Golden Era, when the La Quinta Hotel first became famous as the preferred Shangri-la retreat for stars of the 20s, 30s, and 40s. Its living room, dining area comfortably seating 6, kitchen with counter seating, and powder room are on the upper level. There is also a south facing sundeck with lounge chairs, out-door dining table and natural gas grill, and a north facing mountain view deck on this level. The two bedroom suites and two car garage are on the lower level.

Why the Owner Chose Tennis Villas
After living overseas, in countries around the world, we found La Quinta, at the foot of the Santa Rosa Mountains is the perfect getaway, and purchased several homes. We were captivated by the quiet beauty of the desert, its majestic mountains, glorious sunrises and sunsets and breathtaking scenery.
We take our dog, Bogart, on long walks, enjoy sunny days and starlit nights with La Quinta’s near perfect weather, and stroll over to the historic La Quinta Resort’s world class restaurants, shops, and spa.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This two level townhome has two bedroom suites downstairs and full living area upstairs. The open entertainment flooplan (living/dining room and kitchen) is great for entertaining, and since we often have “working vacations”, we use this computer and wifi. We enjoy the decks off the liv/din area and the deck off the kitchen, which has a bbq and seating for a dinner party. Casa Blanca is very bright and sunny and the bamboo floors add to the light. We like looking out at the mountains, palm trees and lush greenery all around. It’s just a short walk to the shared pool/spa and to the La Quina Resort. We stroll over to the resort early morning for coffee and a newspaper, for dinner and music in the evening, or sometimes order room service from the resort. And it’s so relaxing being in 1500+ sqft of space instead of a small hotel room. Casa Blanca is decorated with a movie theme reminiscent of Hollywood’s golden era when the La Quinta Resort became a retreat for stars.

My wife, 3 year old son and I stayed here at end of May/early June. Everything was perfect. Property and facilities were exactly as per online description. The owners also included some nice personal touches like a bottle of wine waiting for us on the counter upon arrival. The onsight property manager gave us the low down on Memorial Day events and ensured that we knew how to work the TV/DVD player/Netflx. Very helpful. We'll be back for sure! J,C & J

Perfect place to stay and just a short walk to the resort. Big living/dining/kitchen open space area, with decks and views. We didn’t even need to leave the neighborhood, everything was close by, swimming tennis, restaurants, golf. Very clean and well maintained. Kitchen had everything we needed, easy indoor/outdoor cooking, breakfast on the deck, wi fi, computer and nice to have all the space of a two story condo. What a fun vacation we had!

The Tennis Villa, Casa Blanca, at the famous La Quinta Resort is a fabulous place to rent. My family and I wanted to 'get away' and that we did when we rented Casa Blanca. The kids were never out of things to do, I ventured to play eight holes of golf, we dined at the Mexican restaurant at the Resort, played tennis, went to the spa and rode bikes around the property. We will rent the Tennis Villa again and very soon. Thanks Desert Luxury Rentals for such a great rental property. MN

My children and I stayed at the two story tennis villa, just a few minutes walk from the resort, what a great location! We walked over to the hotel restaurants, and I went to the spa. The upper flr living area had patios and lovely mountain and palm tree views, and a nice deck where we barbequed several times. The decor was lovely, with bamboo floors, very stylishly decorated, and comfortable. We used the computer and wi fi every day. And all this for the same price as a hotel room! We look forward to another visit here.

We had stayed at the La Quinta Resort & Spa in the past and loved it. My goal for this trip was to find affordable accommodations in or near the resort. This was a wonderful find! It was in the resort near the tennis courts and fitness center. The owner is great and had a Welcome Basket for us full of goodies. We found the place to be very comfortable and clean.
