A stunning, luxury oceanfront villa!! The sandy beach right across a quiet road in front of the villas is peaceful and the tranquil and the shallow waters are teeming with marine life of all kinds. You'll be delighted with the superb snorkeling and shore diving right in front of your vacation home.
Off the large terrace that faces the ocean, there is a ceramic tiled, fresh water swimming pool with a fountain, a shallow sunbathing level and then a series of stepping stones over a "water curtain" between the pool and the unheated jacuzzi. Around the pool and jacuzzi are lounge chairs for relaxing and sunning. From the large terrace, pool or jacuzzi you can gaze over to a beautiful view of the ocean.
The amazing ocean views from each bedroom and the rooftop terrace are a truly magnificent feature of this luxurious private villa. This luxurious 4500 square foot home was meticulously designed and furnished for the utmost comfort and convenience. The decor is elegant Mexican furniture and accessories were custom ordered and imported from Guadalajara.

Up to 8 people: $4375/wk Jan-Apr, $4020/wk May-Aug, $3582/wk Sept-mid Dec.
Add $75 per person for each additional person, up to 10 people maximum.
Maximum occupancy is 10 people, including children and infants.
For families (children are welcome) or groups of adults 25 years or older.
Rates do not include 12% Local fees or the refundable $300 security deposit.
