If offers a stunning, 180-degree view of a sandy beach and spectacular ocean waves from its kitchen, living room/dining room, and from the master bedroom. From the front bedroom you enjoy a view of Punta Estero Bay with the mountains as a background, providing a gorgeous blend of blues and greens.
From the living room, through a sliding glass door, you step onto a creatively designed patio which includes a sunken, stainless steel gas barbecue, and four cocktail tables with accompanying benches. The patio includes a fire pit.
