Comfort and Convenience in Carlsbad

Three generations were very pleased with our week in this property. The owner was helpful and attentive before our arrival and we found the home clean and well equipped. The location was perfect -- easy sprinting distance to the bus and train station, only a few blocks to the beach and an enjoyable stroll to restaurants and shops. Our 9-year old grandson's birthday was celebrated with delicious seafood at the Fish House. Legoland (a short bus ride away) was worth two visits, as was the Shamu Show at Sea World (50 minutes on The Coaster train + a short bus ride). The Midway Aircraft Carrier and Balboa Park were also worth a trip into San Diego. 'Free time' was spent at the beautiful beach, exploring the wonderful village of Carlsbad, or relaxing 'at home' in this great condo. The property is on 4 levels (counting the welcome garage) and thus would not be appropriate for someone challenged by steps. However, we will certainly be recommending this home-away to our friends and relatives.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

My family and I spent a month at this beautiful home and we absolutely enjoyed every moment. The home is well equipped with anything you would need. The home is immaculate and the location is convenient to everything. We highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking for convenience and class.

This is the 4th year my family and I have returned to this beautiful townhome. the location is exceptional, close to the beach and close walking to all the amenities of Carlsbad. The unit is new, very clean and has it all. It is our home away from home! Landlord is terrific. If you want a great week (or month) of relaxation and beach community living, this is it. So many of the other available units in this charming beach community are older, this new condo is the place you should select. 1 block walk to Starbucks, 1/2 block to the coaster for commuting with ease to all the other beach communities, 1 block to Coyote Grill, for a relaxing glass of wine to live music on the patio, tons of great restaurants and pubs. The Carlsbad beach is very deep, very long and great. Can't beat this for the family trip.

We recently purchased this property in May, therefore we still have some prime weeks available. This townhome has never been lived in and it's beautifully appointed. We love the fact that it is in the middle of it all and no need to ever fight the California traffic. You'll have a blast!
