The place was exactly as advertised. Even though its location was on the side, it still had a beautiful ocean view! The 2 BR/2BA was huge, plenty of room to move around. Kitchen had new appliances and well stocked with everything needed. Wired/wireless internet worked great for watching Netflix on our ipad. Having a free telephone to use with Vonage was a nice bonus though not necessary in our case. Leather couches comfortable, huge 50" TV was fantastic, beds were comfortable, water pressure amazing. Pool was WARM by our standards and the beach right outside our door was fantastic as well. Property kept in tip-top shape, even nicer that it's probably 1/10 of a mile off of the main street so you didn't hear traffic buzzing buy. Checkin/out process was a piece of cake. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

This unit is everything that was advertised. Extremely clean and has everything that you would need for the beach or pool. The pool was great. Husband is handicapped and needs a walker - all door openings were wide and able to accomidate his walker which was a real plus for us. All new applicances and nicely decorated. Enjoyed our stay. Would reccomend to friends and relatives. Easy access to our son and family in Orlando. Sunset Grill on 520 was wonderful as was sheppard pie at the Pig and Whistle!

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.

We had a great time. The condo was beautiful and close to everything. My kids enjoyed the beach and the pool. Being so close to the beach made it really nice. We can't wait to come back!!

Sandcastles is a wonderful resort. This condo was quiet, the onsite manager was helpful, and the location was perfect. The condo itself is exactly as advertised. All we had to do was go to the local Publix and fill the pantry and fridge. Lots of great restaurants nearby, and the beach access was great. I can't say enough about the location. Our only issue was that the wireless internet did not work. I planned on relying on the wirless to help my stay in touch with my office and keep up with work while at the condo. I eventually ended up going to Walmart and buying a 25' ethernet cable to connect to their router directly. Not a deal breaker, but it was an annoyance. Of course, if that's the worst thing that happened, we had a great vacation...and this condo was a perfect choice.

Had a great time! Excellent Location, closet full of goodies (tennis rackets, balls, beach chairs, boogie boards, toys, games) Kitchen fully stocked just bring to food. and the water tasted great from the tap. Nice pool and hot tub. Quiet Friendly neighbors.

We had never been here before and it was more than we expected! We had two teen age girls with us and it was a great time. close to beach (right out side our door)! Spent time at Disney (40 minute drive) Condo was great, everything you need to enjoy your stay. Just add some groceries and have a good time.

Great time but don't forget the toilet paper!

This was our first trip to Cocoa Beach and we had a great time. The condo was very spacious and had most of what you would need there. Really loved the fact that all the beach items you could need where right there (beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, floats, toys, sand toys, etc). I was expecting the condo to be more of a beach front which it is located on the beach however your room view is more of a beach side view. The only other comment that I would have is we drove 13 hours with 2 kids to arrive and of course everyone needed to use the bathroom only to find not a drop of toilet paper in the condo. Luckily there is a Publix right down the street.

We spent a week at this Sandcastles condo in March, 2010. The unit is very luxurious and fully equipped with everything we needed. Great view and access to the beach - also very nice pool and hot tub. We were excited and fortunate to see a rocket launch from the Cape. Our only complaint would be that the weather could have been better with an unseasonably cool winter all over Florida.

The Sandcastles is conveintly located to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. The condo is nicely furnished and very well equipped. The manager and residents were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Although our stay was during a cool spell in February, it was much better than dealing with temps in the teens and snow storms. We had a great time and a memorable stay since we were able to view a spectacular night launch of the Space Shuttle.

Die Lage ist sehr schön ,man hat einen schönen Seitenblick auf das Meer. Das" NEU renoviert " ist fraglich ! In der Küche ist auch nicht alles in Ordnung! Wir, das waren 4 Personen haben 4Wochen Urlaub dort verbracht und haben doch über manches gestaunt wie auch über sehr schlechte Matrazen im zweiten Schlafzimmer man spürt alle Federn ,ist nicht sehr angenehm! Die Fotos entsprechen auch nicht der Einrichtung , nicht Floridastil sondern eine beige Ledergarnietur steht dort .

We stayed at Sandcastles 402 in July 2009. The location was perfect. Right on the Ocean. The pool/hot tub area is very clean. The unit was very clean and included everything we needed-towels,linens washer/dryer, etc. We are a family of six and found the unit very spacious. I enjoyed my time in Florida & staying in a condo that felt very much like home.It was nice to be able to call family & freinds free of charge. Just about every thing needed was there except for a teapot as I'm a tea drinker. The beach has to be the best. Lots of restaurants in the area we visited the lobster shanty 4 times. The property is extremely well kept .Enjoyed seeing the resident cat in the parking lot that some residents have been feeding for 10 yrs. Hopefully I will be able to go back some day

This condo is beautiful. The whole property is very nice and well taken care of. The condo lacks for nothing. It has all the pots and pans, utensils, dishes, etc that you would need. REAL NICE. I plan on staying here again !
