We will attempt to rebook the unit. Deposits: 50% deposit required within seven days of making the reservation. Balance due 45 days before arrival. Other Fees: Fully refundable $200 damage deposit. Deposits A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation with the remaining balance due 45 days prior to your arrival. These rates are for a maximum of 3 guests; there is an additional charge of $10.00 per night for 4th person. There is a $75.00 Non- Refundable cleaning fee and an 11.42% mandatory tax incurred by the State of Hawaii. We require a separate check or credit card charge of $200.00 which will cover Damage/Loss to the property.
