Borders National Forest and is 4 miles from Heavenly Ski Resort and state line casinos and entertainment. Looking for one or two couples or a small family (6 people maximum) who like to spend every other weekend in Tahoe through winter and/or summer seasons. References are recommended. Fully remodeled home with large front and rear decks, including a gas barbeque on the rear deck. Full kitchen includes expresso maker, juicer, dishwasher, and microwave. There is a full entertainment system in the living room, and each bedroom has a TV. The living room also features a gas fireplace and a "Tahoe Style" bar. At night, you will sleep in comfort on a four poster bed in the guest bedroom or a leather sleigh bed in the master bedroom. An antique desk is also available for laptop computers. Miles of trails available within walking distance. Cross-country skiing, snow shoeing and snow mobiling is available in the National Forest that borders Tahoe Paradise. Beautiful location for road biking and famous for mountain biking during the summer. Downhill skiing at Heavenly Ski Resort, in addition to gambling and other entertainment at the state-line casinos. Golfing is also available within walking distance.
