Un coup arrivés au 5ième étage, la grandeur de ce magnifique appartment nous a étonnée! Il est équipé de tout ce que vous pouvez penser. En fait, je n'ai jamais loué un appartement mieux équipé que celui-là! On croyait que ce serait bruyant, mais le soir, la superbe rue Augusta devient infiniment plus calme. C'est vraiment idéal et je n'hésiterais pas à le louer à nouveau. Notre séjour a été parfait, à l'image de cet appartement!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Buen apartamento, excelentemente equipado, inmejorable situación, precio equilibrado y exquisita atención del propietario. Con estas características, el que no posea ascensor no tiene importancia.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, sightseeing.

Les plus : Excellent accueil Grand appartement très bien equipé et très agréable Les moins : - 5 étages a pied avec les valises dans un escalier etroit, ca tue... :-) - l'installation electrique de l'immeuble fait un peu peur et en cas de probleme une seule issue : l'escalier etroit en bois... - fuite d'eau par le toit lors de notre séjour (pluvieux) - assez bruyant (sirenes de magasin, chanteurs de rue, travaux alentour....)Did you find this review helpful? Une trés belle location,en plein centre de Lisbonne,rue piétonne au pied de l'appartement(boutiques et restos à gogo).,qui est très spacieux,et très bien équipé.Nous recommandons cet appartement,où nous avons passé de très agréables moments.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

pour notre sejour à lisbonne, on cherchait un bel appartement, confortable mignon, bien situé: et bien on a trouvé mieux. le proprio doit y habiter regulierement vu l'etat parfait , l'ameublement l'equipement. l'emplacement est exeptionnel, il n'y a pas mieux placé et en plus station de metro à 100 metres. l'accueuil tel et internet etait super.chek in et out ok. bref, a part les 5 etages raides, c'etait le paradis mais en mieux. je precise que ceci est ma 7eme location de vacances à l'etranger merci miguel pour cette semaine de rèveRecommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Idéalement situé dans le centre ville historique, à proximité de tout, l'appartement est en outre très confortable, bien équipé et meublé avec goût. L'accueil est très sympa. Escalier très raide de 5 étages à gravir mais l'effort est récompensé. Quando ho affittato questa casa mi sembrava troppo bella per essere vero ... ho pensato di arrivare e trovare un'altra cosa rispetto alle foto. La casa è esattamente tale e quale, anche gli accessori sono tutti come nella descrizione. La casa era pulitissima e la biancheria (per otto persone!) profumata e stirata...una favola. Noi eravamo in otto e oer noi era perfetta. La posizione è centralissima, si raggiunge tutto a piedi e ha vicino 3 stazioni della metro e la feramta per i famiso tram 15 e 28. La vista è bellissima (Arco di Rua Augusta esattamente come in foto). L'unico neo sono i 5 piani di ripide scale in legno da percorrere :) ma ci si abitua presto. Ah, anche i bagni sono come in foto (in dotazione 3 asciugamano a testa: doccia, viso, bidet) Ci sono a disposione anche delle cartine e della guide ... davvero una favola, andateci!Did you find this review helpful? Il nostro soggiorno a Lisbona è stato perfetto, i cinque piani a piedi ampiamente ripagati dalla sublime vista sui tetti della città, l'appartamento silenzioso estremamente confortevole e ben equipaggiato, inoltre buona musica e buoni film!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers.
